1. Upon first power up, log in using the following credentials.
Username: admin
Password: password

When powered on, the SDX-1000 will auto-configure the network. Applications will only show devices once the auto-configuration has completed. This may take up to one minute.
2. Settings for the SDX-1000 can be changed by selecting the gear icon at the lower right hand corner of the screen.
3. The default password may then be changed in the SDX -1000 settings. If the password is lost, click on the Forgot Password button. Call EBTRON service (1-800-2328766), and provide them with the reset count shown on the SDX-1000 when Forgot Password is clicked. Have a USB drive ready to receive a one-time reset key file from EBTRON service. This reset key will perform a reset all, deleting all settings, accounts, and created passwords, restoring the SDX-1000 back to factory defaults.
4. Verify that the date, time, and time zone are correct for your location by selecting the Date & Time tab of settings.
5. Accounts can be created, edited, or removed by clicking the settings icon at the bottom of the screen and selecting the Accounts tab. Then select the account to edit or add a new one by clicking the dropdown menu at the top left of the screen.
6. Permission may be granted on a per application basis to each user. This enables locking down certain applications on the SDX-1000 if desired.
