Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Stabilizers and Leveling Feet
Attach the Front Stabilizer (2) to the Main Frame (1) using 2 pieces of CARRIAGE BOLT (34), 2 pieces of WASHER Ø8 (35), and 2 pieces of DOMED NUT M8 (36). Repeat this process to attach the Rear Stabilizer (3) to the Main Frame (1).
To level the machine, adjust the 4 x LEVEL FOOT (13) by tightening or loosening them until the bike is stable on the floor.
Step 2: Pedals
Identify the left pedal (marked "L") and the right pedal (marked "R"). Loosen the nuts on the pedals. Connect the Pedals (23/24) to the Cranks (21/22) as illustrated. Secure them with the two nuts (15).
Note: Right pedal installation is clockwise; Left pedal installation is counter-clockwise. Ensure the pedal threads engage correctly with the crank to avoid stripping. Applying grease to the threads before attachment is recommended for easier future removal. Tighten pedals firmly and re-tighten after one week of use.
Step 3: Seat Assembly
Loosen the PULL PIN KNOB (28) on the Main Frame (1) and pull it out. Insert the Seat Post (5) into the rear opening tube of the Main Frame (1). Adjust to the desired height and tighten the PULL PIN KNOB (28).
Place the Seat Slider (8) onto the Seat Post (5) and secure it with WASHER Ø10 (31) and OCTAGONAL KNOB (27).
Place the Seat (9) onto the Seat Slider (8) and secure it by tightening the seat locking nuts (pre-fitted on the seat).
Step 4: Handlebar Assembly
Insert the Handlebar Post (6) into the front opening tube of the Main Frame (1). Tighten the PULL PIN KNOB (28) and Fixing Knob (45).
Attach the Handlebar (7) to the Handlebar Post (6) using 4 sets of M8 SCREW (41). Place the Phone Holder (10) onto the Handlebar (7) and press it down.
Step 5: Monitor Assembly
Attach the Monitor Post (16) to the Handlebar (7), securing it with Screw (29). Insert the Monitor (40) into the Monitor Post (16).
Connect the Sensor Wire (14) from the Monitor (40) to the Sensor Wire (14) originating from the Main Frame (1) and Handlebar (7). Ensure these two parts connect securely.
Adjustment Instructions
Vertical Seat Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, slacken the Pull Pin Knob on the vertical seat post stem on the main frame and pull the knob. Position the vertical seat post for the desired height so that holes are aligned, then release the knob and retighten it.
Horizontal Seat Adjustment
To move the seat forward or backward, loosen the Octagonal Knob and washer, pull the knob, slide the horizontal seat post into the desired position, align holes, and retighten the Octagonal Knob.
Handlebar Height Adjustment
To adjust the handlebar height, slacken the Pull Pin Knob and Fixing Knob and pull both knobs back. Slide the handlebar post along the housing on the main frame to the desired height. With the holes aligned correctly, tighten the Pull Pin Knob and then the Fixing Knob.
Level Adjustment
To adjust the Level Foot (13) so the stabilizers are level with the floor, rotate the Level Foot (13) clockwise or counter-clockwise as needed.

Exercise Guide
General Advice: Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are over 45 or have pre-existing health problems. The pulse sensors are for exercise aid only and are not medical devices; their accuracy may be affected by various factors, including user movement.
Exercising is a great way to control weight, improve fitness, and reduce the effects of aging and stress. Regular exercise makes your heart and lungs more efficient in delivering oxygen to muscles, leading to better overall health and feeling.
Warm-up
Start each workout with 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercises. A proper warm-up increases body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. Ease into your workout.
Training Zone Exercise
After warming up, increase the intensity to your desired exercise program. Breathe regularly and deeply; do not hold your breath. Maintain intensity for maximum performance.
Cool Down
Finish each workout with a light jog or walk for at least 1 minute, followed by 5 to 10 minutes of stretching to cool down. This will increase muscle flexibility and help prevent post-exercise problems.
