User Cautions:

• Keep the original packaging and purchase invoice for warranty purposes.
• Do not lose, tear, remove, or deface the labels and S/N barcode on the product. Products with unreadable serial numbers are not covered by warranty.
• Avoid dropping, impacting, or exposing the product to liquids. Do not place heavy objects on it, and protect it from environments with high humidity, dust, etc. Physical damage or damage due to environmental factors (dusty, humid, hot) voids the warranty.
• This warranty certificate is valid only for the product model specified.
• Damage resulting from voltage fluctuations, electrical installations, or grounding issues is not covered by warranty.
• Any physical intervention by unauthorized service personnel will terminate the product's warranty.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

• The warranty period begins from the date of delivery and lasts for 2 years.
• The entire product, including all parts, is covered by the warranty.
• In case of a defect, the consumer has the right to:
  • Withdraw from the contract.
  • Request a price reduction.
  • Request free repair.
  • Request replacement with an identical defect-free product (if possible).
• If the consumer chooses the free repair option, the seller is obligated to cover labor costs, replacement part costs, and any other associated expenses without charge. The consumer can exercise this right against the manufacturer or importer as well. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable.
• If the product malfunctions again during the warranty period, if the repair time exceeds the maximum allowed duration, or if repair is deemed impossible by an authorized service, the consumer can demand a refund, a price reduction proportional to the defect, or replacement with an identical defect-free product. The seller cannot refuse these demands.
• The maximum repair time is 20 business days (30 days for passenger cars and vans). This period starts from the date the defect is reported to the authorized service or seller (during warranty) or from the date the product is delivered to the authorized service (outside warranty). If the defect is not resolved within 10 business days, the manufacturer or importer must provide a similar product for the consumer's use until the repair is completed. The repair time is added to the warranty period if the product malfunctions during the warranty period.
• Damages resulting from use contrary to the user manual are not covered by warranty.
• Disputes related to warranty rights can be brought before Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the consumer's place of residence or the place of transaction.
• If the seller fails to provide this Warranty Certificate, the consumer may apply to the Ministry of Customs and Trade, Directorate General of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
