The JOYO Atmosphere R-14 is a versatile reverb effect pedal from the Revolution series, designed to provide a wide range of ambient soundscapes for guitarists. It offers multiple reverb algorithms, intuitive controls, and distinctive LED lighting.
Reverb Effect Types
- PLATE: Studio style plate reverb
- CHURCH: Huge room reverb
- SPRING: Classic spring reverb tank
- EKO-VERB: Combines echo and repeated reverb
- SHIMMER: Feels like shimmer in a dream
- COMET: As if the comet orbits between your amp and guitar
- REWIND: Feels like rewinding the tape
- FOREST: Feels like having a sunbath in the forest
- PULSE: Similar to a fluttering pulse
Pedal Features and Controls
The pedal features a robust design with several controls for shaping the reverb effect:
Front Panel Controls:
- MIX: Controls the mix ratio between the dry and wet signal.
- DECAY: Adjusts the reverb time or decay length.
- MOD DEPTH: Controls the depth of modulation effects.
- TONE: Adjusts the tonal character of the reverb.
- TRAIL: A switch for the trail function, allowing reverb tails to continue after the effect is bypassed.
- Footswitch: Engages or disengages the effect.
- Effect Indicator LED: Shows when the effect is active.
- Front Ambience LED: An LED light on the front of the pedal.
- Rear Ambience LED: An LED light on the rear of the pedal.
Rear Panel Connections:
- Input Socket: For connecting the guitar or previous effect pedal.
- Output Socket: For connecting to an amplifier or next effect pedal.
- DC 9V: Power input socket (center minus polarity).
LED Control Modes
The pedal offers three modes for its ambient LED lighting:
- SYNC: All LEDs (sides and top) are controlled by the footswitch.
- ALWAYS: Side LEDs are always on and not controlled by the footswitch; the top LED is controlled by the footswitch.
- OFF: Side LEDs are off; the top LED is controlled by the footswitch.

Consumers are entitled to warranty service for non-human-damaged performance faults for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty rights are void under the following conditions:
- Human damage.
- Exceeding the warranty period.
- Missing warranty card and valid invoice (unless proof of purchase within the warranty period is provided).
- Warranty card does not match the product model, or the warranty card has been altered.
- Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, or service the product as per the instruction manual.
- Unauthorized disassembly or repair by JOYO, water damage, or drop damage.
