Troubleshooting
My car isn't being charged.
- Check if the CCS1 to Tesla Adapter is turned off. If so, press the [power button] to turn it on.
- Check the display on your Tesla car for any error messages.
- Verify the status of the charging station. While the adapter is designed for compatibility with most CCS1 stations, some models may have specific requirements. Check the Lectron website for firmware updates that may improve compatibility.
The LED does not turn green.
- If the adapter has not been used for a long time, its internal battery may be depleted. Connect the adapter to the [USB charging port] using the micro USB cable and a 5V-1A or higher power adapter to charge it. A charging time of over 1 hour is recommended.
