3. Product Appearance Description
1) Front Panel
The front panel features several keys and a microphone:
- 1: Management Center Key ?
- 2: Monitor Key ?️
- 3: Unlock Key ?
- 4: Return / Hang up Key ↩️
- 5: Answer Key ?
- 6: Microphone ?
2) Rear Panel
The rear panel provides various interfaces:
- 1: DC Power Interface: 12V/1A input.
- 2: Ethernet Interface: Standard RJ45, 10/100M adaptive. CAT5 or CAT5E network cable recommended.
- 3: Industrial Power Interface.
- 4: RS485 Interface: 1 set, connectable to card readers, sensors, etc.
- 5: Alarm Input Interfaces: 8 sets, for connecting switches, infrared sensors, door sensors, vibration sensors, etc.
- 6: Speaker.
3. External Device Connection Diagram
Diagram shows connections for external devices:
- Door magnetic switch, Vibration sensor, Emergency key connect to an "Input Port".
- A Switch connects to a "WAN port".
- An Infrared sensor connects to an "Input Port".
4. Installation Diagram
Model 1: Wall-mounted Installation
Step 1: Install Wall Bracket
- Without 86 embedded box: Dig a square hole (58.5mm width * 60mm height * 50mm depth) for cables. Align the wall bracket, mark two fixation holes, drill, insert screw fixing seats, and fix the bracket with two TA4*30mm screws.
- With 86 embedded box: Ensure cables are within the box. Fix the wall bracket to the embedded box using two PM4*16mm screws.
Step 2: Connect Peripherals
Connect other input and output devices to the host via the appropriate cables.
Step 3: Power On and Mount Host
Power on the device. Align the slot on the rear of the panel with the pin on the wall bracket and slide the host down to complete installation.
Model 2: Desktop Installation
Align the slot on the rear of the panel with the pin on the desktop bracket and slide the bracket up to complete the installation.
5. Searching IP Address
The default WAN mode is DHCP. Two methods are available:
Method 1:
Open the iDoorPhone Network Scanner. Click the "Refresh" button ? to search for the device and find its IP address. Download the scanner from: http://download.fanvil.com/tool/iDoorPhoneNetworkScanner.exe
Method 2:
- For i51W & i52W: After booting, long press the Unlock Key ? to enter the menu, then navigate to "System Message" → "Network".
- For i53W: After booting, navigate to "Menu" → "Status".
6. IP Indoor Station Setting
Step 1: Log in to the Web Setting Page
Enter the indoor station's IP address (e.g., `http://172.18.70.55`) into your PC's web browser. The default username and password are 'admin'.
A login interface is displayed with fields for User, Password, and Language selection, and a "Logon" button.
Step 2: Add the SIP Account
Configure SIP server address, port, username, password, and SIP user with the assigned SIP account parameters. Select "Activate" and click "Apply" to save.
Step 3: Feature Setting
This section involves configuring various features through the web interface, including settings for lines, network, call settings, function keys, security, and I/O device settings.
Step 4: Unlock Setting
Configure the Function Key. Set the unlock key type to "DTMF" and enter the password required to open the access control device.
7. Local Operation
- Answer/Hang up Calls: Click the ? key to answer an incoming call from the door phone, and click the ↩️ key to hang up.
- Unlock the Door: During a call between the indoor station and door phone, click the ? key to unlock the door.
- Turn On/Off Monitoring: Click the ?️ key on the indoor station to view the monitoring screen. Click the ↩️ key to exit. (This feature supports communication with video door phones only).
- Call Management Center: Click the ? key on the indoor station to call the management center. Click the ↩️ key to cancel the call.
