The ES Foot Massager is designed to stimulate muscles and improve blood circulation through Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology.
Device Components:
- Foot Pad: The main surface where feet are placed, containing electrodes and control interfaces.

Usage Recommendation: Recommended for use once a day to aid blood circulation.
Intensity Adjustment:
- Intensity is divided into 1-9 gears or 1-19 gears depending on the model.
- It is advised to start with a lower strength setting and gradually increase it as you adapt.
Battery Management: As the battery level decreases, stimulation intensity may also decrease. Charge the host unit when necessary.
Automatic Shutdown: The device automatically shuts down after 15 minutes of continuous use. If set to gears 1-19 and not used, it will switch to gear 0 within 5 seconds and shut down within 20 seconds.
Charging Indicator: A red light indicates charging; the light turns off when fully charged (approximately 1-2 hours).
Important Usage Notes:
- Remove socks before use.
- Place both bare feet on the pad simultaneously.
- The device will automatically turn off if feet are removed from the pad.
- Unplug the charger after charging is complete.
- The host buttons are located on the cushion.
