User Manual
Introduction
This is a Type-C 6-in-1 hub featuring HDMI, 2 USB-A, RJ45, Type-C data, and Type-C PD charging female ports. It offers an ideal solution for extending the connectivity of Type-C or Thunderbolt 3 hosts (PCs, laptops, mobile phones, etc.), particularly those with a single Type-C port. The hub utilizes a DP1.4 Alt mode supported IC, enabling HDMI video output up to 4K/60Hz and USB 3.1 data transfer at up to 5Gbps. It allows simultaneous connection of three USB devices via its 2 USB-A and 1 Type-C data port. The RJ45 port provides access to Gigabit Ethernet. Additionally, the Type-C female port supports PD 3.0 with up to 100W PD Charging. This hub is compatible with all Type-C and Thunderbolt™ 3 hosts that support DP Alt mode (including DP1.2 and DP1.4 Alt mode).

Connection Diagram
The diagram illustrates the hub's connectivity. A Type-C host connects to the hub. The hub features:
- An HDMI port supporting up to 4K@60Hz output.
- A 100W PD Adapter port for power input.
- An Ethernet Router port for Gigabit Ethernet connectivity.
- Two USB-A ports, each supporting up to 5Gbps data transfer. One port (close to RJ45) supports up to 1.5A downstream charging, while the other supports up to 900mA downstream charging.
- A Type-C data port (close to HDMI) supporting up to 5Gbps data transfer and 900mA downstream charging.
Tips for Product Usage
Have a nice day! Thank you for your purchase. Here are some tips for you to get the most out of our product:
- Two USB-C ports are available: one for charging only, and the other for data only (located near the HDMI port). USB-C data ports do not support media display or charging.
- 4K@60Hz output is exclusively available for laptops equipped with DisplayPort 1.4 and 8K support. For 4K@60Hz resolution, ensure your device supports DP 1.4 Alt Mode. Consult your device's user manual, the seller, or the manufacturer's website for confirmation.
- It is recommended to use a 100W PD (Power Delivery) charger: 85W for charging the connected laptop and 15W for powering the hub. (Note: The USB-C PD port does not support data transfer).
- The hub may generate heat during operation, which is normal for such devices. As long as the hub's temperature does not exceed 140°F (60°C) at an ambient temperature of 77°F (25°C) when fully loaded, it is safe to use.
- While an iPhone can be charged via the USB 3.0 interface, please note that these USB ports are primarily designed for data transfer and do not support high-performance phone charging.
- To achieve the full 1 Gbps speed via the network connection, use an Ethernet cable compliant with the CAT5E standard or higher.
- For compatibility with iPad Pro, ensure your iPad operating system is updated to the latest version.
- To ensure a stable connection, avoid connecting devices that collectively draw more than 900mA.
- Due to performance limitations on some laptops, it is recommended to connect only one HDD/SSD at a time.
- USB 3.0 can interfere with WiFi and other wireless devices due to its similar frequencies to the 2.4 GHz band. According to Microsoft, this issue primarily affects the 2.4 GHz wireless band, not the 5 GHz band. Please configure your router to use the 5 GHz band to avoid this problem.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. If you can't get the HDMI port to work
Try some of the following steps:
- Confirm if the connected USB-C port of your device supports DP Alt Mode. Consult your device's user manual or check the manufacturer's website.
- Try a different computer and HDMI cable to see if the issue persists.
- Plug your HDMI cable directly into your device and check for a stable connection. If the connection is unstable, the issue lies with your HDMI cable.
- Verify that your monitor is configured to the correct input (HDMI).
2. If you can't get the HDMI port to 4K 60Hz
The hub supports 4K@60Hz, but this resolution is only available for laptops with DP 1.4 Alt Mode enabled. If your host only supports DP1.2, the maximum output will be 4K@30Hz. For 4K@60Hz resolution, please ensure your device supports DP 1.4 Alt Mode.
3. If you can't get the Ethernet port to work
Try some of the following steps:
- Reinstall the Ethernet driver.
- Test the device with a different computer or a different Ethernet cable to see if the issue persists.
