IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using electrical products, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

6. Do not let lamps rest on the supply cord or on any wire.
7. Unplug the product when leaving the house, when retiring for the night, or if left unattended.
8. This is an electric product-not a toy! To avoid risk of fire, burns, personal injury and electric shock, it should not be played with or placed where small children can reach it.
9. Do not use this product for other than its intended use.
10. Do not hang ornaments or other objects from cord, wire, or light string.
11. Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may damage the wire insulation.
12. Do not cover the product with cloth, paper or any material not part of the product when in use.
13. Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.

USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. When the product is placed on a live tree, the tree should be well maintained and fresh. Do not place on live trees in which the needles are brown or break off easily. Keep the tree holder filled with water.
2. If the product is placed on a tree, the tree should be well secured and stable.
3. Before using or reusing, inspect product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged, or frayed wire insulation or cords, cracks in the lampholders or enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wire.
4. When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed, including tree, branches, or bushes, to avoid any undue strain or stress on the product conductors, connections, and wires.
5. When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.

5. If the connector of this lighting string does not properly fit into the connector of the driver, do not modify the product and discard product if the connector is damaged.

NOTE: Use only this GE branded, Model TS-36W29V manufactured by TING SHEN INDUSTRIAL CO LTD that was provided with this product. DO NOT use this adapter with any other product.

Operate the Remote:

The remote has thirteen buttons. {Fig.2}

• Function - Press to change the light pattern.

Remote Buttons: ON/OFF, Fade, Twinkle, Timer, Wave, Chasing, Steady, Dual, Jump, Rainbow, Ribbon, Random, Auto.

BATTERY CAUTION:

• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.
• Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
• Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -).
• Remove batteries from equipment which is not to be used for an extended period of time.
• Remove used batteries promptly.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
• Always replace the whole set of batteries at once, taking care not to mix old and new ones or batteries of different type, such as alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel cadmium) batteries.
• Replace only with (2) AAA Alkaline batteries.
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries may explode or leak.
• Do not expose the remote controller to moisture.
• Batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly. Dispose of as per the requirements of your local municipality.
• The controller and remote controller (if included) can only be used with this product.
• Do not ingest batteries.
