Deviations from the aforementioned parameters in particular may lead to a reduction in power, through to the complete unavailability of the maximum power. To maintain the high-voltage battery's usable capacity as effectively as possible, a battery charging target of 80% is recommended if the vehicle is used daily (to be switched to 100% prior to long-distance journeys for example). With other engine-battery variants, the availability of the maximum electrical output could be limited. An electric vehicle's power is not determined solely by the power of the electric motor itself, but also by the power that the battery is able to deliver. As such, the value cited for the car's power is determined by the entire drive system.

Electric vehicles can be charged at public charging stations much like you would refuel a normal car at a petrol station. These charging stations are powerful so they can recharge vehicles' batteries rapidly. Most users, however, will generally use a home charger – a Wallbox – or an ordinary power socket. This charging takes longer, but hooking up to the grid is an automatic process and you can charge the batteries overnight, or at any time you are not using the car, without having to be present.

All charge times are average and can vary depending on certain conditions, such as temperature and power supply available.

3 Pin Home Charging Cable
Is essential when charging away from home or when public charging points cannot be accessed.

Routine Inspection 1 & 2
comprises of Electronic Health Checks to ensure your vehicle is free from faults and functioning correctly.

Service Interval Maintenance
High voltage component checks, Brake Fluid Change, Pollen Filter Replacement and a Coolant refill are the main tasks carried out by technicians during this service.

4 Low Rolling Resistance Tyres
provide better battery range and low cabin noise levels. They are likely to be the most expensive operating cost you will experience during the lifetime of the vehicle.

Brake Pads
may require replacement during the Service Interval or if the vehicle signals the driver on the infotainment display.

Wiper Blades
ensure maximum visibility and safety. A set of wiper blades is included in the Tyre & Maintenance Plan.
