Exploded View Diagram Description

This section describes the components of the HR Control Assembly as depicted in an exploded view diagram, corresponding to the item numbers in the parts list:

The assembly features a Main Body (1) and a Cover, Weld On (2) which together form the primary enclosure.
A Chamber Vent for Housing (3) is included, along with two 12V Transl Custom Tip Valves (4) and an Input Manifold (5).
Fasteners include two #6 HI-LOx1" Screws (6) and four #4 x3/8LONG HI-LO Screws (10).
Sealing components consist of an O-Ring, Square Profile Size -015 (7), two O-Rings, Size -138 (17), and a Closed Cell Foam Gasket (22). Four Sealing FH 6-32X1 (24) are also present.
A Quick Connect - CPC 1/2 NPTM (8) and a 0.31 OD Check Valve (18) are part of the fluid path.
The electronic components include the HR PCB Assembly - 3V (9), which comprises a Control Board Bracket (9.1), a Keeper for the RFID Antenna (9.2), an HR Gen II RFID Antenna with Connector (9.3), and the PCB Control Board - R5 (9.4).
Power and interface elements include a Battery Case (11), a Gore Vapor Vent Nut (12), a Foam Pad for the Battbox (13), and a Bracket for Battery Case Hold Down (14). A Key Pad, Gen II (19) provides user input.
The system also incorporates a Housing for the Chem Pod Cup Holder (15) and a Mirrored Cup Pod Housing (16).
A Hydra Rinse NSF Label (20) and an HR Top Cover (21) with an HR Gen II HR Logo (23) complete the assembly's exterior.
