This manual provides instructions for the Anko Playpen with Base, model number 43-094-578. It is designed for domestic use, suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

Important Safety Instructions and Warnings
Your child's safety may be affected if these instructions are not followed. Use only spare parts supplied by the importer for replacements. Prolonged exposure to sunshine may cause colour changes in materials and fabrics. Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures.
General Warnings:
- Never leave your child unattended.
- Adult assembly is required.
- This playpen is intended for children with a maximum weight of 15 kg.
- Discontinue use when the child is able to climb out of the playpen to prevent fall injuries.
- Do not allow other children, animals, or objects to be placed under or near the playpen while a child is inside.
- Be aware of the risk of open fire and other heat sources (e.g., electric bar fires, gas fires) in the vicinity.
- Ensure the playpen is fully unfolded and all locking mechanisms are secured before placing a child inside.
- The playpen, including side railings and base, must be correctly set up before use.
- All assembly fittings should be tightened properly and checked regularly. Retighten if necessary.
- To avoid injury, keep children away during assembly or packing up. Do not let children play with the product during these processes.
- Keep the product away from children when not in use.
- This playpen is recommended for one child at a time.
- Never move the playpen while a child is inside.
- Only use the playpen on a firm, horizontal, and level surface.
- Never place the playpen near steps, stairs, or uneven surfaces.
- WARNING: Do not place the playpen near an open fire or other heat source.
- Avoid placing hot liquids, power cables, or other potential dangers within a child's reach.
- Do not add padding or objects inside the playpen that could allow a child to climb out.
- Do not place items with strings around a child's neck (e.g., pacifier cords, hood strings).
- Do not leave anything in the playpen or place it close to other products that could provide a foothold or pose a suffocation/strangulation risk (e.g., strings, blind/curtain cords).
- WARNING: Do not use the playpen without the base.
- To avoid suffocation, do not use additional padding such as a mattress, water mattress, or pillow inside the playpen.
- Do not continue using the playpen if parts are broken or fabric is ripped or torn.
- Replace any damaged parts immediately.
- Use only accessories or replacement parts recommended by this instruction manual.
- Only use replacement parts supplied or recommended by the manufacturer/distributor.

Assembly Steps
Note: For easier assembling, fix the tube at the zipper side last.
- Place a 598 pipe into a base hub. [Diagram shows pipe entering hub].
- Insert the 598 pipe into the fabric cover of the inlay. Repeat for all sides. [Diagram shows pipe inserted into fabric, implying it connects to the base hub].
- Insert a 627 pipe into the fabric cover at the base of the frame and fix it into the base hub. Ensure the spring button on the tube is visible from the hole of the base hub. [Diagram shows 627 pipe connecting to base hub, with spring button detail].
- Repeat steps 1-3 for all sides. [Diagram shows partial assembly].
- Fix a plastic corner onto the top of a 598 pipe. Repeat for all sides. [Diagram shows corner piece attaching to top of pipe].
- Insert a 653 pipe into the fabric cover at the top of the frame and fix it into the plastic corner. Ensure the spring button on the pipe is visible from the hole of the plastic corner. [Diagram shows 653 pipe connecting to corner piece].
- Repeat steps 5-6 for all sides. [Diagram shows partial assembly].
- Zip up the zipper and fix the zipper head into the metal hook. The product is now fully assembled. [Diagram shows zipper closure].
Assembly Check:

Ensure the zipper is correctly closed and the head is secured to the metal hook for proper assembly.
Care and Maintenance
To prolong the life of your nursery product, keep it clean and do not leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Removable fabric covers and trims may be cleaned using warm water with household soap or a mild detergent. Allow to dry fully, preferably away from direct sunlight.
Always store your product in a clean, dry place. Do not leave it in the boot of a car.
Do not allow the product to come into contact with sand or salt water, as sand causes corrosion and salt water causes rust formation.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Do not dry clean or use bleach.
- Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or spin dry.
- Fabric and frame may be cleaned using a damp sponge with soap or mild detergent. Allow it to dry completely before folding and storing it away.
In some climates, parts may be affected by mould and mildew. To help prevent this, do not fold or store the product if it is damp or wet.
Always store the product in a well-ventilated area.
Always check parts regularly to ensure assembly has not been compromised.
To maintain the safety of your nursery product, seek prompt repairs for bent, torn, worn, or broken parts.
