The My Renault app creates the link between your Renault, your smartphone, and yourself. Enjoy your Renault to the fullest and manage your vehicle remotely, wherever you are – quickly and easily.

Steps to connect:

1. First, download the My Renault app and create an account.
2. Sit in your vehicle, check your network connection, and open the My Renault app.
3. Turn on your car's central screen and accept data sharing with Renault.
4. Scroll from top to bottom on the screen to show notifications.
5. Click on your user profile, then on My Renault Account.
6. Enter your My Renault username and password, then click Login.
7. Open the My Renault app on your smartphone: your vehicle will appear on the home screen, and your vehicle data will be visible.

Download the My Renault app and create an account first.

1. Click 'Add my vehicle' and enter the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or license plate to register it.
2. Sit in your car, with the engine off, in a location with network coverage.
3. In the app, click 'Synchronize my Renault'. Ensure you have accepted data sharing. If not, follow the steps in the app.
4. Click 'Start' and then 'Continue'.
5. A 6-digit code will appear on your car's screen.
6. Enter this code in your My Renault app.
