EAE KNX Oria Switch Series
Operation and Display
The device features button groups, typically numbered 1 to 4 (fold).
Key components are:
- 1. KNX connection terminal
- 2. KNX programming button
- 3. KNX programming LED
Installation
Installation involves using a flange located inside the box. The flange is secured to the junction box with screws, with the arrows pointing upwards. The switch is inserted into the junction box with the EAE logo facing upwards, then tilted towards the flange. To secure it, turn the switch clockwise until it clicks into place on the flange. A counter-clockwise turn locks it.
Locking Direction: Counter-Clockwise (CCW)
Description of the Device

Commissioning
The device's default physical address is 15.15.255. Physical address determination and parameter setting are performed using Engineering Tool Software (ETS3/ETS4 or higher). The ".knxprod" file must be imported into ETS. More information on parameter configuration can be found in the Product Manual.

Installation and commissioning should only be carried out by trained electricians. All relevant standards, directives, regulations, and instructions must be followed during planning and implementation of the electrical installation.
- Ensure the device can be isolated when connecting.
- Protect the device against moisture, dirt, and damage during transport, storage, and operation.
- Operate the device only within the specified technical data.
- The device must only be operated in closed enclosures (Distribution boards).
Cleaning
If the device becomes dirty, use only a dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use wet cloths, caustics, or solvents.
