You will hear the L/R voice prompt "beep" simultaneously, indicating successful connection. Open your Bluetooth device and search for "M8" to connect. You will hear the voice prompt "connected".

Pairing Troubleshooting

If pairing fails, you may find two "M8" pairing names in your device. To resolve this, put both headphones back into the charging case, close the charging case lid, then reopen the charging case lid and wait for 5 seconds. You should then find only one "M8" pairing name in your device. Reconnect your device.

Troubleshooting and Tips

Ensure Both Headphones Are Connected

If only one headphone can hear sound, please check if both headphones are powered on. The other headphone might have low battery or be turned off. Charge the headphones, then power them on. You can either pick up the headphones from the charging case to power on automatically or press and hold the power button until the headphones turn on.

Ensure the Charging Case Has Sufficient Power

When the charging case has low battery or no battery, the headphones may not be recognized when placed into the charging case, which could cause them to continue working outside the case.

Check Charging Points

If the charging points of the headphones are covered by debris or other material, the charging case may be unable to charge the headphones. Please try removing any obstruction or wiping the charging points with alcohol. Clean and try charging again.
