Introduction
To enhance after-sales service quality for the premium Toshiba JAPANDI refrigerator line, Toshiba Lifestyle Vietnam is pleased to announce the implementation of the "VIP CARE" service program. This program is exclusively for JAPANDI refrigerator products.
Program Details
Products Covered: GR-RF690WI-PGV (67) / GR-RF695WI-PGV (67)
Applicability Period: Starting from June 16, 2025, until further notice.
VIP CARE Program Eligibility:
- Consumers who purchase genuine Toshiba JAPANDI refrigerators nationwide, specifically the models listed above, distributed in Vietnam by Toshiba Vietnam Consumer Products Co., Ltd (TVCP).
Warranty Period and VIP CARE Benefits
Warranty Period:
The warranty period follows Toshiba Lifestyle Vietnam's standard policy: 24 months from the date of purchase or 30 months from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first.
Special VIP CARE Benefits:
- Free In-Home Installation: Toshiba's trained technicians will perform the installation, ensuring it is aesthetically pleasing, tidy, and precise according to product technical standards.
- 24-Hour Service Response: Upon receiving a service request via hotline or support system, Toshiba commits to contacting and resolving the issue within 24 working hours, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
- Additional 1-Year Free Manufacturer Warranty: Customers receive an automatic 12-month warranty extension, bringing the total product warranty to 36 months, with no registration required.
- Annual Deep Cleaning and Maintenance: Toshiba offers a complimentary comprehensive cleaning or deep maintenance service at home, performed by authorized technicians. Please schedule your service appointment via the hotline or official support channels.
- 50% Discount on Accessories: Customers receive a 50% discount on accompanying accessories such as trays, water bottles, and filters for 12 months from the purchase date.
Valid Warranty Conditions
- The product must be within its warranty period (as per Section 4a).
- Failures and defects must be determined to be caused by component failure, manufacturing defects, or technical issues from the manufacturer.
- The serial number and product seal must be intact, without signs of tampering, alteration, or removal.
- The product must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, insects, impact, unauthorized repairs, or improper installation not performed by Toshiba.
