Assembly Instructions

No Tools Required! For a visual guide, watch the instructional video at vhealth.link/8aa0b.

  1. Pull the steering column of the Front Frame (A) to the vertical position. The silver pin in the tension lever assembly will lock the two sections together. [Image: A person kneeling, holding the steering column upright. A second image shows hands connecting the front and rear frames, with locking pins.]
  2. Connect the Front Frame (A) to the Rear Frame (B) by inserting the male ends into the female ends. Push the frame pieces together until the locking pins engage and are secured.
  3. Insert a Screw Knob (F) into the top of the frame above the locking pins and twist until fully tightened to secure the scooter wheelbase. [Image: Hands inserting a screw knob into the top of the frame.]
  4. Pull the silver tension lever assembly up until the lever and the spring bolt are vertical and parallel to the steering column socket. [Image: Hands pulling the silver tension lever assembly upwards. A second image shows hands tightening a nut on the spring bolt.]
  5. Pull the flat silver lever back down to apply tension to the folding hinge and stabilize the front end of the scooter. If tension is insufficient, lift the lever, tighten the nut at the bottom of the spring bolt by half a turn, and retry. Repeat as needed.
  6. Attach the handlebars to the steering column. Ensure the brake line is not twisted around the bar. [Image: A person standing and holding the handlebars. A second image shows hands attaching the handlebars.]
  7. Adjust the Handle Bars (D) to the desired height, aligning the holes for the Screw Knob (F). Secure the handlebars by twisting the Screw Knob (F) clockwise until fully tightened. [Image: Hands adjusting handlebar height. A second image shows the secured handlebars.]
  8. Insert the Knee Pad (C) post into the receptacle on the Rear Frame (B). Lock the pad in place by inserting a Screw Knob (F) into the desired adjustable height hole, ensuring alignment, and twisting the knob clockwise until fully tightened. [Image: A person placing the knee pad onto the rear frame. A second image shows a hand inserting a screw knob to secure the knee pad.]
  9. Secure the brake line inside the two fabric straps located on the top bar of the frame and the steering column. [Image: Hands securing the brake line in fabric straps.]
  10. To attach the Storage Bag (E), locate the two hooks on the Front Frame (A) and the sleeve on the back of the bag. Insert the sleeve over the hooks.
