Assembly Instructions
No Tools Required!
Refer to vhealth.link/7fb5b for an instructional video.
- Pull the steering column of the Front Frame (A) to the vertical position. The silver pin in the tension lever assembly will lock the two sections together.
- Insert the male ends of the Front Frame (A) into the female ends of the Rear Frame (B). Push down the locking pins and join the frame pieces until the pins engage and lock.
- Insert a Screw Knob (F) into the top of the frame above the locking pins and twist clockwise until fully tightened to secure the scooter wheelbase.
- Pull the silver tension lever assembly up until the lever and spring bolt are vertical and parallel to the steering column socket.
- Pull the flat silver lever back down to apply tension to the folding hinge and stabilize the front end of the scooter. If tension is insufficient, lift the lever, tighten the nut on the spring bolt by half a turn, and repeat.
- Attach the handlebars to the steering column, ensuring the brake line is not twisted around the bar.
- Adjust the Handle Bars (D) to the desired height, aligning the holes for the Screw Knob (F). Secure the handlebars by twisting the Screw Knob (F) clockwise until fully tightened.
- Insert the Knee Pad (C) post into the receptacle on the Rear Frame (B). Lock the pad by inserting a Screw Knob (F) into the desired height hole, ensuring the holes for the locking knob align. Twist the knob clockwise until fully tightened.
- Secure the brake line within the two fabric straps on the top bar of the frame and the steering column.
- Attach the Storage Bag (E) by inserting the sleeve on the back of the bag over the two hooks on the Front Frame (A). Attach the hook-and-loop fastener on the bottom of the bag to the steering column.

Operating Instructions
General Information
- Position your injured knee and leg firmly and securely in the middle of the knee pad, using its entire length for support.
- Stand as straight as possible while on the walker. Adjust handlebar and knee pad height for comfort.
To Lock the Brakes
For a video demonstration, visit vhealth.link/8ddf7.
- Pull the hand brake lever towards you to engage the brake.
- With the lever pulled and brake engaged, press the silver locking button down with your thumb.
- Hold the button down while releasing the brake lever. The pin will hold the tension on the brake cable, locking the brakes.
To Unlock the Brakes
- Pull the brake lever until the silver locking button pops out, releasing the tension on the brake cable and unlocking the brakes.
Visuals illustrate locking the brakes by pressing a silver button on the lever.
Folding the Steering Column
- Lift the silver lever to release tension in the folding hinge on the Front Frame (A).
- Rotate the silver lever and spring bolt assembly down.
- Pull the spring bolt assembly to the left to unlock the folding hinge, then push the steering column back to fold the handlebars down.

Warning ⚠️
- Always consult with your physician or therapist before use to determine proper adjustment and use. Common sense and practice are critical for safe operation.
- Ensure you are on a level surface with the brake lock engaged when mounting or dismounting the Knee Walker.
- The hand brake is designed to keep the Knee Walker stationary. It is not intended for stopping the walker while in motion, as this may cause an abrupt stop and loss of stability.
- Use caution when moving between surfaces with different textures (e.g., carpet to tile, concrete to asphalt).
- Do not hang items from the frame, as this may tilt the device off-balance.
- Do not adjust screws or bolts unless specified in the instructions.
- Failure to properly secure components can lead to instability and difficulty in control.
