Earbud Components: Each earbud features a microphone (MIC) and a multi-function button (Touch Control). The product includes earbuds and a charging case with a charging dock.
Charging Status: The charging case has an LED Charging Indicator Light. The light flashes while charging and remains steady when fully charged.
Charging
- Insert the included charging cable's USB-C end into the charging port on the case.
- Insert the charging cable's standard USB end into the USB port of a computer or suitable wall adapter (not included).
- The LED Charging Indicator Light will flash while the case is charging and will emit a steady light when fully charged.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case; they will turn on automatically.
- When in pairing mode, one earbud will flash red and blue, and the other will flash blue.
- On your smartphone, navigate to the Bluetooth settings. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled, then connect to the available device named 'MSO1000'.
- Once paired, both earbuds' LED indicators will slowly flash blue.
Using Your Earbuds: Music Controls
- Play/Pause: Press either earbud's Multi-function button once. [▶️/⏸️]
- Previous Track: Double-press the left earbud's Multi-function button. [⏪]
- Next Track: Double-press the right earbud's Multi-function button. [⏩]
- Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud's Multi-function button for 2 seconds to activate Siri or Google Assistant. [?️]
Note: TWS Earbuds can be used independently. One earbud can be used while the other is off, provided it remains connected to Bluetooth.
Using Your Earbuds: Call Controls
- Answer/End Call: Press either earbud's Multi-function button once. [?]
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold either earbud's Multi-function button for 2 seconds. [??]
Important Safety Precautions
- Read all instructions before using your earbuds and charging case.
- Do not use your earbuds near water or place them on wet surfaces.
- Do not allow children to use the earbuds and charging case without proper adult supervision.
- Do not expose your earbuds and charging case to excessive heat or fire.
- Do not use in extremely dry environments, as this can lead to static discharge during usage.
- Do not expose your earbuds and charging case to temperatures above 100°F (38°C). Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to repair these products yourself. Contact a qualified service center for service needs.
- Do not drop, puncture, or expose your earbuds and charging case to excessive physical force.
- Your earbuds and charging case are not intended for commercial use.
- Do not place the earbuds near objects that generate a strong magnetic field.
- Use only the supplied charging cable. Unplug this device when not in use for long periods and during lightning storms.
- Use a soft cloth to clean your earbuds and charging case. Never use abrasive chemicals.
- Please recycle or dispose of your earbuds and charging case properly according to local laws and rules. Contact local recycling facilities or the manufacturer for more information.
Vivitar One Year Warranty
This warranty covers the original consumer purchaser only and is not transferable. It covers products that fail to function properly under normal usage due to defects in material or workmanship. Your product will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts or labor for one year.
What Is Not Covered by Warranty:
Damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, and damages or malfunctions from other than normal use, including but not limited to, repair by unauthorized parties, tampering, modification, or accident.

To receive warranty service, the original consumer purchaser must contact Vivitar for problem determination and service procedures. Proof of purchase (bill of sale or receipted invoice) evidencing the product is within the warranty period must be presented. It is your responsibility to properly package and send any defective products with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem, and a valid return address to the authorized service center at your expense. Do not include any other items or accessories. Products received that are not covered by warranty will be returned unrepaired.
