The Sound Devices 833 is a professional tool designed for mobile and small productions. It combines a compact, lightweight design with a tactile interface featuring dedicated faders, trim knobs, and PFL switches, making it ideal for run-and-gun audio recording scenarios.
This mixer-recorder boasts 6 mic/line preamplifiers, 8 channels, 12 tracks, 6 analog outputs, and ultra-accurate timecode. It incorporates advanced features carried over from the premium Sound Devices Scorpio, including a new preamplifier design, dual L-Mount battery charging, and an internal 256 GB SSD. Its processing architecture allows for full routability, with both digital and analog inputs and outputs, ensuring seamless integration into existing audio setups.
