User instructions Thank you for using the LockedPaper Void Filling Machine. This manual is written in an easy-to-understand manner, allowing the operator to quickly and easily become familiar with the location of the machine components, the operation of the machine, and the basic principles of troubleshooting and fault correction. Tip: The operation of different models of machines is slightly different, please pay attention to the tips in the main text of the manual. Only those who have read and understood the chapters such as "Safety", "Product Introduction" and "Product Operation" can operate the machine; Only service technicians employed by LockedPaper or its dealers are allowed to perform service and repairs on this equipment; Operator responsibilities include: · Operate machinery · Carry out regular maintenance (see Section 5) NOTE: Only service technicians employed by LockedPaper or a LockedPaper dealer are allowed to service this machine. 2. Safety 2.1. Safety instructions manual The power supply used by the machine must be consistent with the parameters on the machine nameplate. Misconnection is strictly prohibited. To prevent damage to the machine, please only use the power cord provided with the product. · Please ensure that the power supply is reliably grounded · Safety devices must not be turned off or removed · Warning markings must not be removed or covered (see Machine Warnings) · Keep work area clean and accessible · Before moving the machine, unplug the power cord and collect any loose wires together · Be careful when using tools such as knives or scissors to avoid injuring your hands Make sure: · No damage to cables · Work areas should be well lit · Work area is well ventilated Safety specification design: The mechanical structure design complies with CE safety specification requirements. All dangerous parts cannot be touched by hand. 2.2. Machine warning When the machine is working, it is strictly prohibited to touch any moving parts; Pay attention to the following tips when the machine is working and within 5 minutes after it stops working; Lightning Tip: Indicates that some machine parts inside the equipment are not electrically insulated. Notice! Risk of electric shock! Anti-pinch Tip: Indicates that there are drive components inside the unit. Caution! Do not touch! 2.3. Improper use The following applications or operations are inappropriate for the machine and are considered improper use: · Reference to other documents not prepared by LockedPaper · Use outdoors or in wet areas · Used in areas where explosion accidents may occur · Using excess water to wash or clean the machine · Stand on the machine · Place objects on or on top of the machine · Move the machine while it is running or still connected to AC power 2.4. Storage · Never place or store the machine in a damp or watery place · Before using the machine again after long-term storage, it must be inspected by a trained service technician · The machine should be stored in an environment with a temperature range of -25~+55 (-13~131) and a relative humidity less than 90%RH. If the machine is brought from a colder area to a warmer area, condensation may form on the machine (inside and outside), which may damage the machine and injure the operator if the power is turned on immediately. Before turning on the power, let the machine return to room temperature and wait for the condensed water to evaporate. 2.5. Transporation · The machine should not experience severe vibration or impact during transportation; · The machine must not be exposed to the sun or rain, and should be stored within the required temperature and humidity range. 3. I 4. Installation Guide Machine Tailstock Tailstock Installation:Install the tailstock in the direction of the arrow. 1 5. Operation 5.1. Bracket Installation Please refer to the sketch of the mounting instructions for the machine stand. The operation of the machine is the same depending on the mounting bracket. Floor Stand Desktop Fixed Stand Swivel Arm 2 5.3. Turn on the power Step1:Plug in the power supply and fasten the power cord to prevent from falling off. Step2:Connect the power plug to a grounded, single-phase, three-wire outlet. Step3:Plug in the pedal switch. Step4:Turn on the power switch,switch the language. 5.4. Feeding Step1: Place the consumables well. Note: Please refer to the pictures in section 4.2 for the placement of consumables in different holders. Step2: Load paper according to the instructions,After successfully paper loading,long press the FEED button,If paper feed out from the outlet, that means it is loaded successfully. 3 5.5. Parameters Paper Length: 50~500cm/20~197inch Pads Quantity: 1~99999Pcs : Output Speed (There are three speed options. The third speed is recommended for use..) 4 5.6. Manual Mode This mode enables users to control the length produced by adjusting the trigger time. Figure 5.6 1) Tap on the home page to enter, or in the home state and step on the foot pedal, will automatically enter and start to run. 2) Operation: Trigger: Press pedal or tap to start. Length Control: Hold the trigger to extend the output length, when released, the paper is automatically torn off. Instant Tearing: The paper is automatically torn off when the paper feed is stopped. Minimum Length: Trigger in a short time, the machine will produce a minimum length of paper Statistic Record: The number produced is displayed on the interface. 5 5.7. Fixed Mode This mode enables users to produce paper pad with a preset length. 1) Tap Figure 5.7 on the home page to enter the mode. 3) Operation: Preset: Press the input field below Pad Length to set the paper pad length. Trigger: Press pedal or tap to start. Output Mode: Tap to switch the mode. a. : The machine will consistently produce the preset length of paper when triggered, and will automatically produce paper after the previous pad is taking away. b. : Produce only one piece. Stop Producing: When the preset diameter is finished, the machine will stop automatically. Or the machine can be stopped by tap in the process of producing paper pad. 6 5.8. Batch Mode This mode enables users to produce the preset paper pad quantity automatically and continuously, and will stop when the preset quantity is finished. Figure 5.8 1) Tap on the home page to enter the mode. 2) Operation: Preset: a. Press Length to set the required length. b. Press Amount to set the required quantity. Trigger: Press pedal or tap to start, the machine will produce continuously until the number of pieces is reached. Data Record: Produced shows the number of pads currently being produced. Data Clearing: Tap to reset the Produced values. 7 5.9. Statistics Interface This interface enables users to view machine statistics such as total length, power-on time and tear off amount. Setting Interface This interface enables users to access to the Diagnosis, Advanced, Language,Log and About interface. 1) Tap Figure 5.10 on the home page to enter the interface. 8 5.10.1. Diagnosis Interface This interface enables users to check motor and sensor status. Please operate it with the assistance of professional technical personnel. 1) Tap Figure 5.10.1 on the Setting interface to enter the interface. 2) FEED MOTOR: Tap and hold , the feed motor will continue to rotate forward, release to stop. Tap and hold , the feed motor will continue to reverse, release to stop. 3) OUTLET MOTOR: Tap and hold , the outlet motor will continue to rotate forward, release to stop. Tap and hold , the outlet motor will continue to reverse, release to stop. 4) SYNC. MOTION: Tap and hold , the feed motor and the outlet motor will continue to rotate forward synchronously. 5) CLEAR: Tap to automatically clear the jams. 6) SENSOR STATE: Diagnose to see if the sensor is functioning normally. INLET It is green when there is paper at the inlet, and white when there is no paper. OUTLET It is green when there is paper at the outlet, and white when there is no paper. PEDAL It is green when pedal is triggered, and white when released. SHEEL It is green when top cover is closed, white when open. JAM It is green when the paper jam sensor is triggered, white when not triggered. 5.10.2. Advanced Interface & LOG This interface is the temporary solution interface in case of any faults. Language Interface This interface enables users to switch the language and unit of length . 1) Tap Figure 5.10.3 on the Setting interface to enter the interface. 2) Tap switching units. 3) Tap on the flag to switch the language of the corresponding country, after successful switching, the indicator light below the flag will be light up. 5.10.4. About Interface This interface enables users to view machine information and video. Preventive Maintenance Warning! The machine must be switched off and the power supply must be disconnected during the maintenance work. · Please be aware of the sharp corner, and take care not to hurt yourself. · Please do not operate the machine with the safety device removed. Repair and Replace Parts All maintenance work must be carried out by a certified service technician. · Only the Locked Paper Part is permitted to replace the machine parts. · The Locked Paper Part can be ordered from the distributor. · Please adhere to the instructions above to prevent any damage to the machine. The manufacturer or distributor disclaim all responsibility if the instructions are not followed. 11 7. Troubleshooting 7.1. Common Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting Fault phenomenon Fault Analysis Solutions The paper material tears during operation. 1. The placement position of the paper is incorrect. 2. The surface of the paper is uneven. 1. Reposition the paper and reload it. 2. Observe the flatness of the paper's surface, tear off any uneven parts, and reload it. The forming effect of the paper cushion is not good. The paper is damp. Replace the consumable material with one that is not damp. 7.2. Alarm Code Interpretations and Resolutions Alarm Detail Solutions E003: No paper in inlet. No paper in inlet. 1. Check if there is any paper in inlet. 2. Contact with distributor or after-sales for assistance. E005: Shell is open. Top cover is open. 1. Close the top cover and tap "Retry". 2. Contact with distributor or after-sales for assistance. E006: Paper Jam. E020: Paper Jam. E030: Paper Jam. Paper jam sensor triggered. Paper jam at inlet. Paper jam at outlet. 1. Clear the jam according to the alarm note. 2. Turn off the power and open the cover to clear the jam. 3. Contact with distributor or after-sales for assistance.
