Chapter 1: Product Introduction
The S-Track P1 PLUS Control Panel allows remote control of a processor, enabling convenient adjustment of processor volume, switching of application scenes, and other functions to meet specific application needs. Users can customize settings based on their environment for programming. The panel is powered by a POE switch, eliminating the need for custom cables or local power supplies.

Chapter 3: Interface Description
3.1 Interface knob description
- Display (1): Shows the version number, IP address, and control interface. It automatically enters sleep mode if not interacted with for an extended period.
- Control knob (2): Serves as a function selection and parameter control knob.
- Rotating left and right: Selects functions and adjusts parameters.
- Clicking: Enters editing mode.
- Rotating left and right (after entering editing mode): Adjusts parameters.
- Clicking (after parameter adjustment): Sends commands and exits editing mode.
- Network interface (3): Provides POE power supply and network communication.
Chapter 4: Instructions for Use
4.1 Main interface of the software
To access the main panel configuration screen, navigate through Settings > Panel Configure(plus) > Panel setting interface. The software interface displays various audio processing controls, including input and output channels with faders, mute buttons, gain controls, and scene management options.
4.2 IP Modify
Panel: Allows searching for online panel devices.
Status Indicators: Connected state: ✅; Unconnected state: ❌
Panel basic information (3): Displays the name and IP address of the panel and the processor being controlled.
IP Modify (4): Double-clicking the position indicated by '3' retrieves the panel's basic information.
Processor (5): Used to search for online processor devices.
Processor List (6): Lists the IP addresses of online processors.
Panel IP information (7): Enables modification of the panel's IP address, gateway, subnet mask, and processor IP. It also allows selection for automatic panel IP acquisition (default setting).
Confirmation button (8): Saves modified parameters and disconnects.
Note: When canceling automatic IP acquisition, ensure the modified panel IP address does not conflict with other devices on the network. If a conflict occurs, disconnect from the external network, then set the panel IP to 0.0.0.0 and click OK to restore factory settings.
4.3 Home page information
Home (1): Double-clicking the panel's basic information displays the menu information.
Edit Button (2): Modifies menu information.
Delete Button (3): Deletes a menu item.
Save Button (4): Saves menu information and disconnects. Up to 99 items can be saved.
4.4 Setting information
The Setting section allows configuration of Mute, Gain, Scene, Mixer, and Command parameters.
4.4.1 Mute
Users can select input or output parameters, display the corresponding menu name, and customize mute and unmute identifiers with different characters to control the processor's mute state.
4.4.2 Gain
Users can select input or output parameters, display the corresponding menu name, and set the maximum value (12), minimum value (-72), and step size (≥ 0.1) for processor gain control.
4.4.3 Scene
Users can customize the menu name and return button with different characters, and select which scenes the processor can load to switch between them.
4.4.4 Mixer
Users can customize the menu name and return button with different characters, select processor output parameters, and check input parameters to control processor input and output channels.
4.4.5 Command
Users can customize the menu name, command type, and return button with different characters, and input the correct central command code, IP address, and port number to control corresponding IP and port devices.
4.5 Upgrade
Panel upgrade steps: Select the device to be upgraded, navigate to Upgrade, select the upgrade package. The panel will display "Upgrade in progress," followed by "Load in progress," and then indicate successful upgrade.
4.6 Toolbar
Save (1): Saves added panel configuration information locally.
Import (1): Imports panel configuration information into the software.
Download (1): Downloads panel configuration information to the panel.

Warranty Regulations
The product has a warranty period of 1 year.
Non-man-made damage causing product performance failure is covered under a three-package service. The warranty card must be stamped by the sales unit; alterations are invalid.
Conditions not covered by the three-package service:
- Missing warranty card or valid invoice, or exceeding the validity period.
- Non-compliance with product instructions for use, maintenance, management, or damage caused by misuse.
- Product model or code on the warranty voucher not matching the physical goods.
- Damage caused by dismantling or repair by unauthorized service providers.
- Normal discoloration, wear and tear, and consumption during product use.
- Product unusable due to user's network issues (consult customer service).
