Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Assemble the main frame. Connect side rails (A) with cross supports (B). Ensure connections are secure. A checkmark [✔️] indicates correct assembly, while a cross [❌] indicates incorrect assembly.

Step 2

Attach corner brackets (D) to the ends of the side rails (A). Insert cross supports (B) into the designated slots on the side rails (A).

Step 3

Continue assembling the frame by attaching the remaining side rails (A) and cross supports (B) to the corner brackets (D). Secure components using fasteners (C).

Step 4

Complete the frame structure by attaching the remaining cross supports (B) to the side rails (A) using fasteners (C). The diagram indicates approximately 70 fasteners (C) are used in total for the frame assembly.

Step 5

Place the fabric cover (E) over the assembled frame. Ensure the side marked "BOTTOM" or "PARTE INFERIOR" or "下部/逆" is oriented correctly towards the bottom of the frame.

Step 6

Pull the fabric cover (E) snugly over the entire frame.

Step 7

Carefully flip the assembled frame with the cover onto its top side. Ensure the side marked "TOP" or "PARTE SUPERIOR" or "上" is facing upwards.

Step 8

Zip up the fabric cover (E) to fully enclose the mattress foundation. The zipper is typically located on the bottom side.

Step 9

Final check of the assembled mattress foundation. Confirm the correct orientation of the "TOP" and "BOTTOM" sides.
