Clean this tray regularly. 4 Usage Convection Cooking Convectioncookingcombineshotairmovementbymeansofafanwiththeregular features(broil,bakeortoast).Convectioncookingprovidesfastercookinginmany casesthanradianttypecooking.Thefangentlysendsairtoeveryareaofthefood, quicklybrowning,crispingandsealinginmoistureandflavour.Itproductsmoreeven temperatureallaroundthefoodbyairmovement,sothatthefoodcooks/bakes/broils evenlyversusthenormalovenhotandcoldspots.Theconvectionfeatureallows cooking/bakingatlowertemperatures,whichsavesenergyandkeepsthekitchen cooler.Convectionairissuperheatedanditcirculatesaroundthefoodsoitcooksfood significantlyfasterthanconventionalovens.
