- Freeze Protect**: Overrides vacation and eco modes if the ambient temperature drops below 60°F (15°C) to prevent damage.

Installation Guidance
Electric Installation: The diagram illustrates the Water Heater Booster connected to the outlet of an existing electric tank water heater. It shows the cold water feed, hot water feed, electrical panel, and wiring connections. Wiring is provided with the unit.
Gas Installation: The diagram shows the Water Heater Booster connected to the outlet of an existing gas tank water heater. It includes cold water feed, hot water feed, venting, gas line, and electrical panel connections. A note specifies that wire is not included.
Mounting: The unit may be wall mounted if space over the tank is limited. Additional wiring may be necessary.
