Installation with Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix 360 Base

It is imperative to install the Pearl 360 on the dedicated Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix 360 base. Please read the user manual of the base carefully.

The car seat can rotate 360° on the FamilyFix 360 base, making it easier to place your child in and out of the vehicle. This also allows for easy switching between rearward and forward-facing positions.

Important: Ensure that the car seat is securely locked in its position before driving. Never drive with the car seat in a sideways or unlocked position.

Using the Pearl 360 with Your Child

Rearward Facing Position: The car seat must be used rearward facing up to a minimum age of 15 months to guarantee optimum safety. Maxi-Cosi recommends using the rearward facing position up to 105 cm and a maximum of 17.5 kg (approximately 4 years). This significantly improves head and neck protection for your child, as these areas are very fragile at this age.

Forward Facing Position: You may install the Pearl 360 in a forward-facing position when your child is older than 15 months and measures at least 76 cm up to 105 cm in length.

Harness Adjustment: Ensure that no more than one finger fits between the harness and your child's body (approx. 1 cm). Adjust the harness tighter if there is more space.

Headrest Adjustment: Ensure the headrest is adjusted to the correct height for your child.

Safety Check: Always ensure the car seat is correctly installed and the harness is properly adjusted before each journey.

Maintenance and Care

The cover, headrest cover, shoulder pads, center pad, and newborn inlay can be removed for washing.

Washing Instructions:

Machine wash covers at 30°C.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.

Safety Information

ATTENTION:
