Intended Use
For mitre cuts in wood, plastic and metal. For precise mitre cutting of strips, panels, picture frames, cable ducts, etc. The product is not intended for commercial use.

Safety Instructions
General safety instructions for mitre saw
- Saw blade is prone to breakage. Exercise extreme care when handling double mitre blade.
- Check blade for damages before use.
⚠️ RISK OF INJURY!
- Only use the product on hard level surfaces.
- Do not use the product on a slippery surface.
- Check the product for signs of damage or wear before each use. The product must only be used if there are no signs of damage.
Assembly
- Remove all packaging material from the product and place the individual parts on a clean and level surface.
- Fix the two bases [2] under the saw blade guide [1] with hex bolt screw [6] and washer [16] by using hex wrench [8] as shown in Fig. [A].
- Fix four plastic foot [10] on the four corners under the base [2] with washer [16] and PH2 screw [17] by using PH2 screwdriver as shown in Fig. [B]. Make the same on the other base.
- Fix the adjustment lever [3] under the saw blade guide [1] with metal pin [4] and tighten the two hex screws on saw blade guide [1] to make sure metal pin [4] are installed firmly as shown in Fig. [C].
- Install the pointer [5] to the adjustment lever [3] with hex bolt screw [18] by using hex wrench [8] as shown in Fig. [D].
- Fix the two backing plates [13] at the back of saw blade guide [1] on each side with washer [16] and PH2 countersunk screw [15] and wing nut [19] as shown in Fig. [E].
- Install the guide rod [11] with spring and rectangular bolt [20] on inner side and with washer [21] and wing nut [23] on the other side as shown in Fig. [F]. Repeat the same procedure to complete two guide rods.
- Install the height adjuster [12] to the guide rod [11] as shown in Fig. [G]. Repeat the same procedure to another guide rod.
- Fix Material clamp with adjustable length stop [9] horizontally or vertically to the saw blade guide [1] by fixing the screw nut [24] as shown in Fig. [H].
- Fix material clamp [7] to the saw blade guide [1] by fixing the screw nut [24] as shown in Fig. [I].
- Remove the blade protection and attach the saw [14] through the guide rod [11] as shown in Fig. [J]. Make sure the holes on the plastic guide on the saw go through the guide rod [11].
Use the Mitre Saw
- Lift the handle of saw blade [14], put the workpiece under the saw.
- Clamp the material to prevent any movement of workpiece by material clamp [7].
- Adjust the cutting length of workpiece by material clamp adjustable length stop [9].
- Lift the handle of adjustment lever [3] and shift left or right to adjust cutting angle.
- Pull the handle of saw blade [14] backward and forward for sawing.
Maintenance
Regularly check that all screw connections are tight and retighten them if necessary.
Storage and Cleaning
Always store the product in a clean and dry place at room temperature when not in use. Clean the product with water and a mild detergent, and then wipe it dry with a cleaning cloth. IMPORTANT! Never use strong detergents to clean the product.
Disposal
The packaging is made of environmentally friendly materials, which may be disposed of through your local recycling facilities. ♻️ Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with following meaning: 1-7: plastics/20-22: paper and fibreboard/80-98: composite materials. Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your wornout product. ?️
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of material or manufacturing defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Keep the original sales receipt in a safe location as this document is required as proof of purchase.
Any damage or defects already present at the time of purchase must be reported without delay after unpacking the product.
Should the product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you. The warranty period is not extended as a result of a claim being granted. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts.
This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear and tear, thus considered consumables (e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries, tubes, cartridges), nor damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches or glass parts.
