Midea Horizontal Discharge Heat Pump and Air Handler
Midea's heat pump / air handler combination provides a system that maintains the traditional ducted heating and cooling characteristics while leveraging elements of ductless technology. 37MUHAQ & 37MURAQ heat pumps are compatible with residential fan coils and furnaces*, ensuring a seamless integration with your existing HVAC setup.

System Features and Benefits
Efficiency
Up to 19 SEER2 and Up to 10.8 HSPF2 when paired with the 37MUHA Heat Pump with the 45MUHA Air Handler.
37MUHA/45MUHA combination provides 100% Heating output at 5°F/-15°C with COP up to 1.9.
Excel Series heat pump can deliver up to 12.5 EER2 rating.
Compact design, 2 ton 45MUHA Air Handler is only 14.5" wide.
Performance
Heat Pump operates at sounds as low as 55 dB(A) and Indoor unit as low as 33 dB(A), measured 1 m away.
45MUHA Air Handlers automatically identify 115V or 208/230V with no need for manual conversion.
45MUHA filtration module compatible with 1", 2" or 4" filters.
Constant Airflow 2.0 provides consistent airflow up to 1.0 in. W.C.
Simple Installation
45MUHA air handler is the same width as a gas furnace of the same capacity (14.5"-21.5").
Optional auxiliary heat kit, up to 25KW.

1 Fan Coils (45MUHAQ & 45MUAAQ) are powered separately from the outdoor units. Fan coil power can be powered by 115V-1Ph-60Hz or 208/230V-1Ph-60Hz. If using auxiliary electric heat, installation requires 208/230V-1Ph-60Hz power.
* Check AHRI Ratings for full compatibility of residential furnaces and fan coils with the 37MUHA/37MURA Heat Pumps.
