Product Description

The oven comprises the following main components:

Control Panel Description

The control panel features the following controls:

Please note: The type of knob may vary by model. If knobs are push-activated, push the center to release.

Accessories

Your oven comes with various accessories:

* Available only on certain models. The number and type of accessories may vary. Additional accessories can be purchased separately.

Inserting and Removing Accessories

Inserting the Wire Shelf and Other Accessories

To insert the wire shelf, hold it tilted slightly upwards, rest the raised rear side down first, then slide it horizontally along the runners as far as possible. Other accessories, like the baking tray, are inserted horizontally by sliding them on the runners.

Sliding Shelves and Shelf Guides

Before using the oven, remove the protective tape [a] and protective foil [b] from the sliding runners.

Removing the Sliding Runners [c]

Pull the lower part of the sliding runner to uncouple the lower hooks (1), then pull the runners upwards, removing them from the upper hooks (2).

Refitting the Sliding Runners [d]

Hook the upper hooks on the shelf guides (1), then press the lower part of the sliding runners against the shelf guides until the lower hooks click into place (2).

Removing and Refitting the Shelf Guides

  1. To remove shelf guides, firmly grip the external part and pull towards you to extract the support and two internal pins from their lodging.
  2. To refit, position guides near the cavity, insert the two pins into their lodgings, position the external part, insert the support, and press firmly towards the cavity wall to secure.

Using the Grilling Accessory

The Grilling Accessory is compatible with Grill and Turbogrill functions. For optimal performance, arrange food in a single layer inside each grill basket. Insert the lid at the back of the basket at the appropriate height, then adjust at the front. Consider food shrinkage for stability when turning. Insert the frame at level 4, place baskets on it. To avoid smoke and collect fat, place a drip tray with 200 ml of water at level 1. Turn the baskets halfway through cooking using the provided handle. Check food near the end and turn as needed for desired doneness.

Functions

Your oven offers several cooking functions:

Flexi Clean Pack

Notes for Pyro Cleaning: Do not activate with limescale residues. Remove all accessories, including shelf guides, before starting. Ensure hob is off if installed below. Remove worst soiling with a damp sponge beforehand. Do not touch the oven during the cycle. Keep children and animals away.

First Time Use

  1. Setting the Time: When first switched on, press until the [time symbol] appears and hours flash. Use [adjust up] or [adjust down] to set the hour, press to confirm. Minutes will flash; use [adjust up] or [adjust down] to set, then press to confirm. Note: If the [time symbol] flashes (e.g., after power outage), reset the time.
  2. Set the Power Consumption: By default, the oven is set to >3kW (Hi). To operate at <2.9kW (Lo), turn the selection knob to [power setting symbol], then back to [previous setting symbol]. Immediately press and hold [adjust up] and [adjust down] for five seconds. Use [adjust up] or [adjust down] to change the setting, then press and hold [confirm button] for at least two seconds to confirm.
  3. Heat the Oven: New ovens may emit manufacturing odours. Heat the empty oven to 250°C for about one hour to remove odours. Remove all packaging and accessories. Air the room after this initial use.

Daily Use

  1. Select a Function: Turn the selection knob to the desired function symbol; the display lights up and an audible signal sounds.
  2. Activate a Function (Manual): Turn the thermostat knob to set the desired temperature.
  3. Preheating and Residual Heat: An audible signal and flashing [preheat symbol] indicate preheating. A steady [preheat symbol] and signal indicate the set temperature is reached; place food inside. Note: Placing food before preheating is complete may affect results. After cooking, the [residual heat symbol] may remain visible even after the fan stops, indicating residual heat. The oven is off when the selection knob is at "0".
  4. Programming Cooking: First, select a function.
    • Duration: Keep pressing until the [duration symbol] and "00:00" flash. Use [adjust up] or [adjust down] to set the cooking time, then press to confirm. Activate by setting the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. An audible signal indicates completion. Note: To change time, press and hold until [duration symbol] flashes, then reset to "00:00". This includes preheating.
    • Programming End Cooking Time/Delayed Start: After setting cooking time, delay start by programming the end time. Press until the [delayed start symbol] and current time flash. Use [adjust up] or [adjust down] to set the end time, then press to confirm. Activate by setting the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. The function pauses and starts automatically to finish at the set time. Note: To cancel, turn the selection knob to [off position]. Delay start is not available for Grill and Turbo Grill.
  5. Timer: This option does not affect cooking but uses the display as a timer. Keep pressing until the [timer symbol] and "00:00" flash. Use [adjust up] or [adjust down] to set the desired time, then press to confirm. An audible signal sounds when the countdown finishes. Note: To cancel, press and hold until [timer symbol] flashes, then reset to "00:00".
  6. Automatic Cleaning Function – Pyro: Activate by turning the selection knob and thermostat knob to the [Pyro symbol]. The function activates automatically, the door locks, and the interior light switches off. The display shows remaining time alternating with "Pyro". The door remains locked until the oven cools safely. Air the room during and after the cycle.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Ensure the oven has cooled down before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning. Do not use steam cleaners. Wear protective gloves. Disconnect the oven from the power supply before any maintenance.

Do not use wire wool, abrasive scourers, or corrosive cleaning agents, as they can damage appliance surfaces.

Exterior Surfaces

Clean surfaces with a damp microfibre cloth. For heavy dirt, use a few drops of pH-neutral detergent, then dry with a cloth. Avoid corrosive or abrasive detergents.

Interior Surfaces

Accessories

Soak accessories in detergent solution after use. Use oven gloves if accessories are hot. Remove food residues with a washing-up brush or sponge.

Removing and Refitting the Door

  1. To remove the door, open it fully and lower the catches until unlocked.
  2. Close the door as much as possible, holding it firmly with both hands (not by the handle). Pull upwards (a) while continuing to close it until it detaches from its seating (b). Place the door on a soft surface.
  3. To refit, move the door towards the oven, align hinge hooks with seating, and secure the upper part.
  4. Lower the door, open it fully, and lower the catches to their original position, ensuring they are fully lowered.
  5. Try closing the door and check alignment with the control panel. Repeat steps if misaligned.

Replacing the Lamp

  1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply.
  2. Unscrew the light cover, replace the bulb, and screw the cover back on.
  3. Reconnect the oven to the power supply.

Use 25W/230V type G9, T300°C halogen lamps. Do not handle bulbs with bare hands. Do not use the oven until the light cover is refitted.

Cleaning of the Door Glass

  1. After removing the door and placing it on a soft surface handle-down, simultaneously press the two retaining clips. Pull the upper edge of the door towards you to remove it.
  2. Lift and firmly hold the inner glass with both hands, remove it, and place it on a soft surface for cleaning.
  3. Refit the intermediate pane (marked "1R") before the inner pane. Ensure the "R" mark is visible in the left corner. Insert the long side marked "R" into the support seats, then lower it into position. Repeat for both panes.
  4. Refit the upper edge; a click confirms correct positioning. Ensure the seal is secure before refitting the door.

Door Lock Device *

If the door lock is installed, the door must be manually closed. To open the door with the lock device, follow Figure 1. The door safety device can be removed by following the sequence in Figure 2.
