Thank you for purchasing the ZEB-K5000MW Wireless BT Keyboard. Please read this user manual carefully before usage and save it for future reference.
Important Notes
- Avoid self-disassembly of the keyboard. For service support, kindly approach the Zebronics service team via https://zebronics.com/pages/service-centres.
- Kindly charge the keyboard before usage. The RED LED indicates charging. Once fully charged, the LED indication turns GREEN. It is suggested to use a 5VDC adapter for charging.

Instructions for Use
BT Mode Connectivity
To connect via Bluetooth:
- Switch ON the Keyboard.
- To enter BT discover mode, press and hold the F1, F2, or F3 button, corresponding to BT1, BT2, or BT3 modes respectively. The LED will blink rapidly to indicate BT discover mode.
- Now, open the BT menu on your smartphone, laptop, or other smart device and scan for the name "ZEB-K5000MW" to pair.
- Once connected, the LED blinking will stop.
Note on BT connection and switching:
- The keyboard supports up to 3 BT connections, which can be switched as per usage. For instance, you can connect your smartphone, laptop, and another BT-supported device to BT1, BT2, and BT3 respectively.
- Once connected to devices, you can press the F1, F2, or F3 button (short press) to switch among the 3 BT connections. This allows you to keep the keyboard connected to all 3 devices simultaneously and switch between them as required.

LED Indication
The keyboard features several LED indicators:
- Blinking RED: Low Battery
- Glowing Red: Charging
- Glowing Blue: Connected to a device
- Rapidly Blinking Blue: Pairing Mode
- Green indication on "A/BT3": Caps Lock is ON
- Green Indication on Battery icon: Charging complete
Note: The Caps Lock Green LED will turn OFF automatically if the keyboard is not used for 10 minutes.
Visual Descriptions
Keyboard Layout: The ZEB-K5000MW is a compact, dark grey wireless keyboard featuring round, light grey keycaps. The Zebronics logo is visible on the spacebar.
Power Switch: A horizontal slider switch is depicted, with "ON" on the left and "OFF" on the right. An arrow indicates the "ON" position.
Function Key Icons:
- F1, F2, F3 keys are represented by circular icons labeled "F1", "F2", "F3".
