10 Year Limited Warranty & Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the appliance in the United States. This warranty shall commence on the date of purchase and shall terminate (both as to the original and any repair or replacement) on the anniversary date of the original purchase of the appliance at the end of the warranty period. You must retain your proof of purchase for service or repairs claims under this warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED?
SHRIRO USA INC. warrants our appliance to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal non-commercial, household use when operated and cared for as per the provided Manufacturer's written instructions.
If the appliance fails at any time within the time frame below of the original purchase date due to a defect in materials or workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge. Any replacement parts issued are covered by the time remaining on the original warranty.
GAS GRILLS (FORCE™ & FURNACE™)
- 10 years: Outer body, burners, hood and cart against all rust/burn through.
- 5 years: Exterior paint/finish against rust through, excluding fading, discoloration or consumer damage.
- 2 years: Cast iron grills excluding rust.
- 12 months: On all other associated parts.
CHARCOAL GRILLS (K1,4K, HUB™, HUB II & FUSION™)
- 10 years: Firebox, outer body against all rust/burn through.
- 5 years: Exterior paint/finish against rust through, excluding fading, discoloration, oxidation or consumer damage, Stainless Grills.
- 2 years: Electrical componentry including heating elements, PCB's, switches, motors, cords and associated housings. Cast iron & Chrome grills excluding rust.
- 12 months: On all other associated parts.
CHARCOAL GRILLS (CUBE™)
- 3 years: Firebox, outer body against all rust/burn through.
- 2 years: Exterior paint/finish against rust through, excluding fading, discoloration, oxidation or consumer damage, chrome grills excluding rust.
- 12 months: On all other associated parts.
MOBILE PREPARATION KITCHEN
- 5 years: Outer body cracking or fatigue.
- 2 years: Exterior paint/finish against rust through, excluding fading, discoloration, oxidation or consumer damage.
- 12 months: On all other associated parts.
ALL ACCESSORIES INCLUDING ROTISSERIE KITS & QUANTUM TOOL RANGE - 12 months warranty, HOME COLLECTION (KNIVES) - 2 years warranty.

Terms and Conditions of Limited Warranties
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY?
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from abuse of the appliance. Abuse of the appliance may include mishandling, improper appliance use, commercial use, modification, alteration, repair, or service by anyone other than SHRIRO USA INC. or its authorized service agents. Support services or appliance warranties will not cover transportation damages, failure resulting from power surges and electrical storms, insect or vermin infestation, surface rust, discoloration, heat tarnishing, stone cracking due to improper use (i.e. thermal cracking). Severe weather conditions such as hail, acid rain, hurricanes, earthquakes, wildfires, tsunamis or surges, tornadoes or severe storms and other environmental factors, exposure to water, salt air and/or chlorine sources such as swimming pools and hot tubs/spas, and other consequences. This warranty excludes liability for consequential, indirect, or incidental damage resulting from appliance use or breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of consequential, indirect, or incidental damage; to the extent that this exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law it shall not apply. This means that the above exclusion may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHRIRO USA INC. DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE; TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMER IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
