Important Safety and Usage Information
- Charging: ONLY use the included 18V Power Adapter. Using unauthorized adapters can cause damage and is a fire hazard.
- Waterproofness: Ensure the waterproof cap is properly closed to maintain the IP67 rating. The unit is not waterproof when charging, using an Aux-In cable, an external microphone, or charging a phone via USB-C.
- Connections: Do not use any ports if they are wet.
- USB-C Port: The USB-C port is for charging external devices ONLY. Using it to charge the Defender will damage the unit and void the warranty.
- Battery Care: Fully charge before first use and before extended storage. Recharge every 3 months if stored unplugged.
