Description of the Sense S-One roof structure monitoring system The Sense S-One system controls the safe operation of flat roofs by measuring the deflection arrow of the steel structure of the roof and informing about exceeding the alarm levels. The Sense S-One system will inform you about the risk associated with the snow load on the roof. The system consist of: - S-One Sensors that measure structure deflection - Gateway which collects data from Sensors and sends to the cloud computing - An application that presents data and sends notifications about the load of the roof structure to the end user. There are three levels of danger, after reaching each of them notifications are sent. Users are notified first at 50% of the maximum deflection, the second at 70% of the maximum deflection. The login and password are sent to users via SMS to the telephone number provided when registering a new user. Usually, the login is an e-mail address. To register a new user, please send an application to service@sense.com.pl with your first name, e-mail address and telephone number. From the same screen, you can change your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" Button. At the bottom of the screen, you can change the language version. NOTE: The number of user accounts available is specified in the contract. Warranty and Service Conditions for the Sense Smart Roof System A. Warranty: 1. SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. provides a warranty for performance in accordance with the recognized rules of technology and the function it is to perform, and ensures its good quality. 2. The condition for maintaining the warranty is concluding a service contract of the user with SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. signing a service contract regulating the issues of servicing, including access to the system, technical and maintenance inspections on site and online, and user support by the Service Department of SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for interruptions in the proper functioning of the System caused by the lack of electricity supply. 2. SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for interruptions in the proper functioning of the System caused by incorrect operation of the Internet connection. 3. Any liability of SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. is excluded in the following cases: a. any interference by the user or a third party with the elements or devices of the System, as well as their arrangement, levelling or configuration; b. Use of devices of the SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. S-One in a manner other than their intended use; c. mechanical (physical) damage to the devices of the SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. caused during their exploitation; d. system damage resulting from force majeure, in particular from weather conditions; e. loss by the user of the System devices or any of their elements, including the event of their theft. C. Service: 1. Malfunctions of the system should be reported immediately to the Service Department of SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. by phone at +48 791 125 555 or by e-mail at the following e-mail address: service@sense.com.pl. 2. System repairs are carried out by qualified and authorised representatives of the SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. at the place where the System is installed. In justified cases, the employees of the Service Department may take the device for further tests at the headquarters of SENSE MONITORING Sp. z o.o. In this case, a replacement device with adequate parameters will be installed. D. Device support: 1. Installed devices do not require any maintenance on the part of the user, apart from ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the system. 2.
