Tips for Your Siemens Dishwasher
Initial Start-up
- Set water hardness (e.g., 0-8 °E). No softening salt is needed for soft water.
- Run a cycle with the highest washing temperature program without tableware.
User Tips
- Scrape leftovers from dishes; rinsing is not required.
- Load the lower basket with dishes facing down to avoid puddles. Place sharp cutlery facing down in the cutlery basket or top cutlery drawer.
- Load the upper basket with dishes facing down.
- Add the appropriate amount of detergent based on dish soiling level (light: 15ml/g, medium: 25ml/g, heavy: 50ml/g). Refer to detergent packaging for details.
- Add rinse aid if needed.
- Start the appliance. Select program and additional options as needed.
