Pairing Earbuds
Please ensure that the Bluetooth function of the device is turned on.
First time use or new device connection
Open the charging case lid, and the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. Enable Bluetooth on your device, then go to the Bluetooth settings to search for Amazfit UP and complete the pairing.
Connect to other devices
Open the charging case lid, put both earbuds inside, and press and hold the charging case function button until the indicator light flashes white. Enable Bluetooth on your device, then enter the Bluetooth settings to search for Amazfit UP and complete the pairing.

Wearing Earbuds
- Expand the ear clip and attach the earbud to your ear. The spherical part should rest on the ear surface, not inserted into the ear canal.
- Slide up and down to adjust the part behind the ear until it feels comfortable.

Charging Earbuds
- Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid, they will automatically charge.
- Close the charging case cover and connect the charging case to the power source using a Type-C cable. During charging, the orange LED lights up, and turns off when fully charged.

Battery Safety
- This device is equipped with a built-in battery that cannot be removed or replaced. Do not disassemble or modify the battery by yourself.
- Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery can result in an explosion.
- Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- In case of prolonged product inactivity, to prevent battery damage from over-discharge, it is advisable to fully charge every six months before storing.
Warranty and Return Policy
The Amazfit Limited Warranty covers Amazfit products against manufacturing defects beginning on the original purchase date. The warranty period is 12 months or another specified period as the applicable consumer laws in the consumer's country of purchase require. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by applicable consumer laws.
