Dahua WizSense DH-TPC-BF1241 Compact Thermal Network Camera
Launched by Dahua Technology, WizSense is a series of AI products and solutions that employ an independent AI chip and deep learning algorithm. It focuses on people and vehicles with high accuracy, enabling users to act quickly on defined targets. System Overview
Characterized by a dual-lens fixed camera, this series offers an all-in-one capture solution for video surveillance and indoor/outdoor applications. Leveraging thermal and visible technology, the camera is the perfect solution for monitoring small and dark areas. The series combines a thermal camera for total darkness surveillance with an intelligent IR visible camera for detail confirmation.
Key Features
Uncooled Vox Technology
Dahua thermal cameras utilize uncooled Vox sensor technology. Due to their small size and good performance, they are a cost-effective solution for thermal security.
High Sensitivity
High thermal sensitivity (< 50 mK) allows cameras to capture more visual details and temperature difference information.
Fire Detection and Alarm
The built-in fire detection functionality enables the camera to detect fires even at long distances. The thermal camera measures temperature, making fire detection much more accurate than with a visible light camera.

Intelligent Video System (IVS)
With the integrated intelligent video analysis function, the camera can detect and analyze moving objects, enhancing video surveillance. The camera offers optional basic intelligence functions at the edge, enabling the detection of behavior and movement of multiple objects. The IVS system also supports tripwire analysis, allowing cameras to detect when a predefined line has been crossed.
Smoke Detection
Dahua thermal cameras offer real-time monitoring using deep learning AI technology to automatically detect smoking behavior. They utilize audio and light warnings (speaker and white light, etc.) to deter or correct behavior, preventing potential risks and losses.
Environmental Conditions
With a temperature range of -30°C to +60°C (-22°F to +140°F), the camera is designed for extreme temperature environments. The IP67 rating certifies that the camera has undergone rigorous dust and water immersion testing and is suitable for demanding outdoor applications.
Protection
With its +/- 20% input voltage tolerance, this camera is suitable for the most unstable conditions in outdoor applications. Its 6 kV lightning protection rating protects the camera and its structure from lightning effects.
