Power Safety:
- Do not overload wall outlets, extension cords, or adapters beyond their voltage and capacity. It may cause fire or electric shock. Refer to power specifications or the product's power supply label for voltage and amperage information.
- Power-supply cords should be placed so they are not likely to be walked on or pinched by items. Pay particular attention to cords at the plug end, wall outlets, and where they exit the appliance.
- Never insert anything metallic into the open parts of this apparatus, as this may cause electric shock.
- To avoid electric shock, never touch the inside of this apparatus. Only a qualified technician should open it.
- Be sure to plug in the power cord until it is firmly seated. When unplugging, always pull on the plug, never the cord. Do not touch the power cord with wet hands.
- If the apparatus does not operate normally (unusual sounds or smells), unplug it immediately and contact an authorized dealer or Samsung service center.
- To protect from lightning storms or for long periods of disuse, unplug it from the wall outlet and disconnect the antenna or cable system.
- Accumulated dust can cause electric shock, leakage, or fire by causing the power cord to generate sparks and heat or by causing insulation to deteriorate.
- Use only a properly grounded plug and wall outlet. An improper ground may cause electric shock or equipment damage (Class I Equipment only).
- To turn off completely, disconnect it from the wall outlet. Ensure the wall outlet and power plug are readily accessible for quick disconnection.
Installation Safety:
- Do not place this apparatus near or over a radiator or heat register, or where it is exposed to direct sunlight.
- Do not place vessels containing water on this apparatus, as this can result in a fire or electric shock.
- Do not expose this apparatus to rain or moisture.
- Contact an authorized Samsung service center for information if installing in locations with heavy dust, extreme temperatures, high humidity, chemical substances, or where it will operate 24 hours a day (e.g., airports, train stations), as failure to do so may lead to serious damage.
- Do not expose this apparatus to dripping or splashing.
Mounting the TV on a Wall:
If you mount this TV on a wall, follow the manufacturer's instructions exactly. Incorrect mounting can cause slides, falls, serious injury, or TV damage.
- To order Samsung wall mount kits, contact a Samsung service center.
- Samsung Electronics is not responsible for damage or injury from self-installation.
- Samsung is not liable for product damage or injury when using non-VESA or non-specified mounts, or if installation instructions are not followed.
- Mount on a solid wall perpendicular to the floor. Before attaching to surfaces other than plasterboard, contact your dealer. Mounting on a ceiling or slanted wall may cause falls and severe injury.
- Fasten all four VESA screws when installing a wall mount kit.
- For kits using only two top screws, use a Samsung-specified kit (availability may vary by region).
- Do not mount the TV at more than a 15-degree tilt.
- Standard wall mount kit dimensions are shown in the Unpacking and Installation Guide.
- Do not install the wall mount kit while the TV is on; this may result in personal injury from electric shock.
- Do not use screws longer than standard or not complying with VESA specifications; too-long screws can damage the TV's interior.
- For non-VESA compliant mounts, screw length may differ. Do not overtighten screws; this may damage the product or cause it to fall, leading to injury. Samsung is not liable for such accidents.
- Always have two people mount the TV. For 82-inch or larger models, four people are required.
Providing Proper Ventilation for Your TV:
When installing your TV and One Connect Box, maintain at least 10 cm distance between them and surrounding objects (walls, cabinet sides, etc.) for proper ventilation. Failure to do so may result in fire or product problems due to increased internal temperature. (* One Connect Box Supported Model Only)
Use only Samsung-provided parts for stands or wall mounts. Using parts from other manufacturers may cause difficulties or injury from product falling.
Safety Precaution:
Caution: Pulling, pushing, or climbing on the TV may cause it to fall, leading to serious injury or death, especially to children. Follow safety precautions in the Safety Flyer. Consider purchasing and installing an anti-fall device.
WARNING: Never place a TV in an unstable location. It may fall, causing serious personal injury or death. Prevent injuries, especially to children, by:
- Always using Samsung-recommended cabinets, stands, or mounting methods.
- Always using furniture that can safely support the TV.
- Always ensuring the TV does not overhang the supporting furniture.
- Always educating children about the dangers of climbing furniture for TV access.
- Always routing cords and cables to prevent tripping, pulling, or grabbing.
- Never placing the TV on tall furniture (cupboards, bookcases) without anchoring both furniture and TV.
- Never placing the TV on cloth or other materials between the TV and furniture.
- Never placing items that tempt children to climb (toys, remotes) on top of the TV or furniture.
If relocating an existing TV, apply the same considerations.
When relocating or lifting the TV for replacement or cleaning, do not pull out the stand.
Preventing the TV from Falling:
To prevent the TV from falling, use a wall anchor (not supplied).
- Securely fasten brackets to the wall using appropriate screws. Ensure screws are firmly attached. Wall anchors may be needed depending on wall type.
- Securely fasten brackets to the TV using appropriately sized screws. Refer to the Unpacking and Installation Guide for screw specifications.
- Connect the TV brackets to the wall brackets with a durable, heavy-duty string and tie it tightly. Install the TV near the wall to prevent it from falling backward. Ensure wall brackets are at the same height or lower than TV brackets.

Caring for the TV:
To clean, unplug the power cord and wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemicals like wax, benzene, alcohol, thinners, insecticide, air fresheners, lubricants, or detergents, as they can damage appearance or erase printing.

- The panel has sub-pixels; a few bright or dark pixels are normal and do not affect performance.
- Keep your TV updated with the latest software via Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now or Auto update.
The TV won't turn on:
