Please take a moment to read through this manual to help familiarize yourself with these steps. We are continually changing and improving our designs; therefore, actual parts may appear slightly different than in the illustrations. New parts will be noted on supplementary sheets.

BAG 1 - Step 1: Shock Build
This step details the assembly of the shock components, including the shock piston (42081), shock body (31952), O-rings (5407, 31865), shock shaft (31874), E-clips (6299), rod end (31861), shock spacer (42398), and shock bottom cap.
BAG 1 - Step 2: Shock Bleeding
This step outlines the process for bleeding the shocks. It involves filling the shock body with silicone fluid, moving the shock shaft to remove air, filling to the top, adding oil to the cap, tightening the cap, and bleeding out excess oil and air. Key measurements include stroke (12mm) and free length (60mm).
BAG 1 - Step 3: Shock Assembly
This step shows the assembly of the shock with spring collar (42399), spring cup (42399), O-ring (42081), green shock spring (31902), and shock bushings (42041 long and short).
BAG 2 - Step 1: Gear Diff Assembly
This step details the assembly of the gear differential, including the diff shim (92137), ring gear (31887), sun gear (92077), diff case (31944), ball bearing (91563), gear diff outdrive (31884), and diff pin (31872).
BAG 2 - Step 2: Gear Diff Assembly Continued
This step continues the gear differential assembly with the gear diff cross pin (31860), diff O-ring (92133), planet gear shim (92292), planet gear (92077), 2.5x10mm FHCS (31350), and diff gasket (92133). It also shows the addition of 5,000 cst diff fluid (#5455).

BAG 6 - Step 2: Motor Mount and Drive Gear Assembly
This step shows the installation of the motor mount (31953), drive gear (31860), and drive gear shaft (31879), secured with 3x10mm shoulder screws (42070), 3x6mm BHCS (31531), and a ball bearing (91568). Thread lock (#1596) is recommended.
BAG 6 - Step 3: Pinion and Spur Gear Assembly
This step details the assembly of the pinion (1338) and spur gear (92149-72) to the center spool (31880). It uses 3x10mm LP SHCS (41090), set screws (25225), ball bearings (91563), 3x8mm BHCS (31532), and 3x6mm FHCS (31541). Thread lock (#1596) is recommended.
BAG 6 - Step 4: Center Gear Box Assembly
This step shows the assembly of the center gear box, with the bottom case (31943) and top case (31943) secured by M3 locknuts (25215) and 3x10mm BHCS (25211).
BAG 6 - Step 5: Drive Shaft and Outdrive Assembly
This step details the installation of the drive shaft (31885) and center outdrive (31944), along with a red O-ring (5407), secured by 3x16mm FHCS (25204) and 3x10mm FHCS (25202).

TIRE AND WHEEL
This section details the tire and wheel assembly. It includes the tire (31893), insert (31893), wheel (31955), and M4 flanged locknut (25391). CA tire glue (#1597) is recommended.
