Keep your french fries, onion rings, or fried chicken fresh and ready to serve with the Avantco free standing two bulb heat lamp/food warmer. This versatile unit features an adjustable stand to control heat intensity, preventing over-drying. Constructed from heavy-duty aluminum, it is built to withstand the daily demands of busy fast food restaurants, concession stands, and snack bars. The warmer is ETL listed and includes two clear, 250W infrared bulbs.
The unit comes complete with a full-size, 2 1/2" deep steam table pan made of sturdy 24 gauge 18/8 stainless steel with double reinforced corners for durability and impact resistance. The pan is dishwasher, freezer, and oven safe, and NSF listed for sanitation. It also features built-in, anti-jam stacking lugs for easy separation and lifting. The included chrome-plated footed pan grate prevents food from sticking, acts as a rack for items not in liquid, and helps drain boiled or fried foods to maintain crispness. The grate is sized to fit the full-size steam table pan.
This Avantco food warmer requires a 120V electrical connection and has a total output of 500W.
