ATTENTION Please read all Information below before Installation Warning: Disconnect negative battery cable from battery; refer to owner's manual. Failure to do so may result in electrical shock, injury, or fire. Secure negative battery cable away from positive side of battery and all other positive voltage sources on vehicle. Safety First: Always wear appropriate safety gear including safety glasses when performing any electrical work. It is highly recommended that safety glasses be worn throughout this installation process. Be sure vehicle is on level surface, secure and cool. Installation: 1. Remove the seat and all necessary parts to disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery. 2. Remove the left side cover (18+ Softail Models), remove right side cover (Touring Models) to gain access to the motorcycles Parts and Accessories connector. Shown in Figure 1 & 2. 1 2 3. Plug in the 18+ Softail Parts and Accessories Y-Harness into the Parts and Accessories plug on the motorcycle and now you can plug in multiple accessories to the motorcycle. Note: For more than two accessories you can use additional 18+ Softail Parts and Accessories Y-Harnesses (Sold Separately). 4. Reinstall all necessary parts to reconnect the negative battery cable to the battery. Reinstall side cover and seat. 5. Test accessories that are plugged into the 18+ Softail Parts and Accessories Y-Harness for proper operation. Questions?
