Product Overview

The Inrico T310R is a PoC (Push-to-Talk over Cellular) radio designed for reliable communication. It features a durable design and user-friendly interface.

The device has a 2.4-inch screen, a 3400 mAh battery, and supports various frequency bands.

10 Programmable Key F3 Default short press to play back voice. Customizable keys in the management platform.
11 Navigation button Press OK to confirm. Navigation key can turn up, turn down, turn left, turn right.

13 0 Long press to turn on/off flashlight.
14 # Long press to switch mute/vibration mode.
15 Camera (optional) Photo shoot.
16 NFC (optional) NFC function must be in the patrol mode to take effect.

Accessories Installation

  1. Insert SIM card: Align the SIM card with the slot and insert it.
  2. Insert Micro SD card: Align the Micro SD card with the slot and insert it.
  3. Attaching the Battery Cover: Push the battery cover until it clicks into place. Push the battery cover down.
  4. Close the Battery Cover: Push up into the battery cover socket. Lock the battery batch. Open the battery cover: Flip down the battery button and open the battery cover.

Basic Functions

  1. Power on/Power off: Power On: Long press the power button for 4 seconds and the program will start. Power Off: Long press the power button for 4 seconds.
  2. Screen unlock: Short press the power button to lock the screen. Press the back button with '*' to unlock.
  3. Initiate a Call: Press PTT button and start to talk. The LED light is blinking green after loading the APP. The LED light is solid red during transmitting. The LED light is solid green during receiving. If occupied when another person is talking, the PTT button is invalid.
  4. Voice Playback: Short press the F2 button to playback cyclically the latest 10 voice records. Press the PTT button, return automatically to the last voice record.

Simple Troubleshooting

Phenomenon Solution
Cannot power on
  • The battery may be installed incorrectly. Remove and reinstall the battery.
  • The battery may be depleted. Charge or replace the battery.
  • The battery may have poor contact due to dirt or damage. Clean the battery contacts or replace the battery.
Terminal freeze
  • Too many programs are running. Force stop some running applications or restart the terminal.
No key response
  • The keys may temporarily not work. Restart the terminal.
  • The keys may be damaged. Contact the dealer or customer service.
Blank screen display
  • The screen may temporarily not work. Restart the terminal.
  • The screen may be damaged. Contact the dealer or customer service.
No SIM card detected
  • The SIM card may not be installed correctly. Remove and reinstall the SIM card.
  • The SIM card contacts may be dirty or damaged. Clean the contacts.
Cannot locate
  • The location signal may be weak. Move to an open, flat area and try again.
Battery cannot charge
  • The power adapter plug may be damaged or have poor contact. Remove and reinsert the adapter.
  • The data cable connector may be damaged or have poor contact. Remove and reinsert the cable.
Standby time shortened
  • Environmental factors, such as high temperatures, can shorten battery life. Replace the battery.
  • Carrier-related issues, such as weak signal areas consuming more power. Turn off the walkie-talkie temporarily.
Cannot connect to network
  • The SIM card may not be working or is not enabled. Confirm if the SIM card has sufficient balance.
  • The mobile network may not be enabled. Enable the SIM card network and contact the carrier to enable cellular network.
