Event Triggered Recording Instructions
When Event triggered Recording (ETR) function is enabled it allows you to choose a lower resolution for normal recording and a higher resolution for alarm triggered recording. It will then record based on the resolution, frame rate and bitrate specifications you have selected. This can help to save hard drive storage. Instructions:
1. On the NVR Click Setup----Record----Encode, enter into the interface of Mainstream, enable ETR option
2. After ETR is enabled, the channel will have an additional setting for Alarm recording, example below for CH1. Save settings
3. When the channel triggers the alarm, the main stream recording will record based on the setting parameters of the "Alarm". The following are the video file codec information saved in the status of no alarm triggered (normal) and with alarm triggered (event).
