The product with the product identification (FCC ID: 2ACC7DDA03 and IC: 11980A-DDA03) is factory installed inside transportation vehicles. Due to the fact that the device itself does not have any customer controls, the functional description of the entire system will be included in the individual owner's manual of the vehicle.

Our client's products with the FCC ID and IC No. mentioned above are low frequency transmitters. The products will be installed in cars before they will be placed into the market.

Cautionary Statements

Hereby our client assures that the following caution statement as per CFR 47, Part 15, §15.21 will be included in the owner's manual of the cars:

The title “CAUTION TO USERS” or “FCC Warning”, “NOTE” or relevant title and “Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.”

In addition our client also assures that the following statements will be included in the manual.

Per FCC 15.19:

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Per RSS Gen Issue 5:

This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada's licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

• (1) This device may not cause interference
• (2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.

French Translation:

Cet appareil contient des émetteurs / récepteurs exemptés de licence conformes aux RSS (RSS) d'Innovation, Sciences et Développement économique Canada. Le fonctionnement est soumis aux deux conditions suivantes:(1) Cet appareil ne doit pas causer d'interférences(2) Cet appareil doit accepter toutes les interférences, y compris celles susceptibles de provoquer un fonctionnement indésirable de l'appareil.
