CYBEX Base One: Quick Installation and Compatibility Guide

The Base One is an i-Size Enhanced Child Restraint System, approved under UN Regulation R129/04 for i-Size compatible vehicle seating positions. If your vehicle lacks an i-Size position, please refer to the enclosed vehicle type list.

Installation Overview

The base is designed for installation in a vehicle using the ISOFIX system.

Step 1: Secure the base in the vehicle using the ISOFIX connectors and the support leg. Ensure the leg is correctly adjusted and locked.

Step 2: Attach the compatible CYBEX car seat to the base. You will hear an audible "CLICK!" when it is correctly secured. Visual indicators on the base will confirm proper attachment (e.g., a green checkmark ✅).

Step 3: Ensure the car seat is firmly attached before use.

Compatibility

Your car seat is only compatible with the CYBEX Base One if it features one of the following Type Approval labels:

• Aton B2 i-Size (Module Aton B2 i-Size, 45cm-87cm / ≤ 13kg)
• Aton B2 i-Size (Module Aton B2 i-Size, 45cm-87cm / ≤ 13kg)
• Aton S2 i-Size (Module Aton S2 i-Size, 45cm-87cm / ≤ 13kg)

Look for labels indicating approval numbers such as R129-030067 or R129-040067.
