User Interface
The digital display shows cooking time and temperature. Controls include:

Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials and stickers from the appliance.
- Ensure silicone pads on the rack are not removed.
- Clean the basket and removable rack with hot water, mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge. They are also dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the interior and exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
Preparation for Use
- Place the appliance on a flat, stable, heat-resistant work surface, away from water splashes.
- Do not add oil or any other liquid to the basket.
- Ensure adequate airflow by leaving at least 15 cm clearance around the appliance. Avoid placing it in corners or under wall cabinets.
Using the Appliance
- Connect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
- Carefully remove the basket with the rack from the appliance.
- Place food into the basket, ensuring not to exceed the maximum quantity indicated.
- Insert the basket back into the appliance.
- Select either a pre-set mode or manual settings:
- Pre-set Mode: Press 'Cooking Modes' until the desired program blinks. Adjust temperature (80°C-240°C) and timer (1-60 min) as needed using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Manual Mode: Press 'Manual'. Adjust temperature (80°C-240°C) and timer (1-60 min) using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Confirm your selection by pressing the 'Start/Stop' button to begin cooking. The display will show the set temperature and remaining time.
- For optimal results, stir food halfway through cooking. Remove the basket, shake it, and reinsert it; the appliance will automatically resume.
- Tip: Set the timer to half the cooking time, stir when the timer beeps, then reset for the remaining time.
- Note: The appliance pauses when the basket is removed. Reinsert within 10 minutes to resume; otherwise, the program will reset.
- Caution: If the basket is heavy, use both hands and oven mitts to avoid burns.
- The internal light can be activated by pressing its button to monitor cooking. It will automatically turn off after 30 seconds.
- When the timer beeps, cooking is complete, and the appliance enters a keep-warm mode. Remove the basket to a heat-resistant surface.
- Check if the food is cooked. If not, reinsert the basket and add a few more minutes.
- Remove food using non-metallic tongs. Excess oil will collect at the bottom of the basket.
- Caution: Never invert the basket, as the rack and hot oil could fall out.
- The basket, rack, and food are very hot after cooking. Handle with care.
- The appliance is ready for the next portion immediately after cooking.
- To stop cooking before the set time, press and hold the 'Start/Stop' button for 5 seconds.
- Note: The infrared technology emits harmless light. The heating element's light may cycle on and off during operation.

- Homemade Fries (8x8mm): 500g - 1.2kg, 30-50 min at 180°C (Air Fry mode). Add 1 tbsp oil for roasted potatoes.
- Roasted Potatoes: 500g - 1.2kg, 22-40 min at 180°C (Air Fry mode).
Meat & Poultry
- Steak: 5 pieces, 11 min at 200°C (Grill mode).
- Chicken Drumsticks: 12 pieces, 25 min at 200°C (Bake mode). Stir halfway through cooking.
- Chicken Breast: 6 pieces, 25 min at 180°C (Bake mode).
- Roast Chicken: Up to 1.5kg, 55 min at 160°C (Bake mode).
- Bacon: 6 slices, 5 min at 220°C (Grill mode).
- Sausages: 7 pieces, 20 min at 200°C (Grill mode). Stir halfway through cooking.
Fish
- Salmon Fillet: 5 pieces, 10 min at 200°C (Air Fry mode).
- Shrimp: 14 pieces, 10 min at 140°C (Air Fry mode). Stir.
Snacks
- Frozen Chicken Nuggets: 16 pieces, 13 min at 200°C (Air Fry mode). Stir halfway through cooking.

Notes for Baking: Stir halfway through cooking. For rising batters like cakes or quiches, do not fill baking pans more than halfway. Always use a baking pan or dish inside the basket.
Tips for Optimal Cooking
- Smaller food items generally require less cooking time.
- Stirring small items halfway through cooking improves results and prevents uneven cooking.
- For crispier fries, add a small amount of oil (approx. 1 tbsp or 14ml) and toss to coat evenly.
- Snacks typically prepared in an oven can also be cooked in this appliance.
- The optimal quantity for fries is around 1000g.
- Use pre-made puff or shortcrust pastry for quick snacks.
- Use a baking pan (silicone, stainless steel, aluminum, or terracotta) for pies, quiches, or to contain ingredients.
- The appliance can be used for reheating food at 160°C for up to 10 minutes; adjust time as needed.
Cleaning
Clean the appliance after each use:
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely. Remove the basket for faster cooling.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
- Clean the basket and rack with hot water, mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and detergent for about 10 minutes. They are dishwasher safe.
- Rinse the interior with hot water and wipe with a damp cloth.
- Clean the heating element with a dry brush to remove food residue.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
