Measurement Guide

Voltage Measurement (AC/DC):

  1. Connect the red test lead to the INPUT jack and the black test lead to the COM jack.
  2. Turn the dial to the desired AC (V~) or DC (V) voltage setting.
  3. Press the FUNC button to select between AC and DC if applicable.
  4. Connect the test leads across the component or circuit to be measured.
  5. Read the voltage displayed on the screen.

Current Measurement (AC/DC):

  1. Open the clamp jaw and place it around the conductor.
  2. Turn the dial to the desired AC (A~) or DC (A) current setting.
  3. Press the FUNC button to select between AC and DC if applicable.
  4. Read the current displayed on the screen.

Resistance Measurement (Ω):

  1. Connect the red test lead to the INPUT jack and the black test lead to the COM jack.
  2. Turn the dial to the resistance (Ω) setting.
  3. Press the FUNC button to select the appropriate range if needed.
  4. Connect the test leads across the component to be measured.
  5. Read the resistance displayed on the screen.

Capacitance Measurement (F):

  1. Connect the red test lead to the INPUT jack and the black test lead to the COM jack.
  2. Turn the dial to the capacitance (F) setting.
  3. Press the FUNC button to select the appropriate range if needed.
  4. Connect the test leads across the capacitor to be measured.
  5. Read the capacitance displayed on the screen.

Frequency Measurement (Hz):

  1. Connect the red test lead to the INPUT jack and the black test lead to the COM jack.
  2. Turn the dial to the frequency (Hz) setting.
  3. Connect the test leads to the signal source.
  4. Read the frequency displayed on the screen.

Non-Contact Voltage (NCV) Detection:

  1. Turn the dial to the NCV setting.
  2. Bring the sensor near a conductor or outlet.
  3. The device will emit a beep and/or a visual indicator if voltage is detected.
