Assembly Notes
- The 2x4 Latch-N-Lok mates with FCI part numbers: 74355-XYY2LF or 87316-XYY2LF or equivalent. TE side mates with TE P/N: 4-794632-0 or 4-79468-0 or equivalent.
- Unless otherwise specified, assembled length tolerance: < 1 meter = ±15.0mm; > 1 meter to 10 meter = ±2% of L1 or L2; > 10 meter = +0%/-4% of L1 or L2.
- Part number scheme for cable assembly: 10124667-Z XXXXYYLF.
- Unless otherwise specified label position shall be approximately 60mm from the rear of the connector.
- Unless otherwise specified standard label shall be Brady label P/N THT-10-427-30.
- All cable assemblies shall be tested 100% for continuity as defined in wiring list.
- Unless otherwise specified all cable assemblies shall be 100% Hi-Pot tested: DC 300V/10ms.
- Other electrical specifications: Dielectric Resistance: 50M Ohms MIN. Connection Resistance: 1.2 Ohms MAX.
- Lead Free products meet European Union directives and other country regulations as described in GS-22-008.
- Connector assemblies shown are for reference only and may not show all part detail. Reference connector assembly drawings for complete details.
- Package: Each cable assembly in clear zip-lock poly bag, then bulk packed in a box.
- Cut off all the braid and AL/MYLAR foil by the edge of cable jacket but remain the drain wire, then insert the drain wire into the 0.6MM heat shrink tubing (Item 7) for shrinking.
