RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. RAB fixtures must be wired in accordance with the National Electrical Code and all applicable local codes. Proper grounding is required for safety. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE BY A PERSON FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT AND THE HAZARDS INVOLVED. WARNING: Make certain power is OFF before installing or maintaining fixture. NOTE: · Suitable for Wet Locations. · Suitable for mounting 1.2m (4ft) of the ground. · Wall Mount only. · Fixture should NOT be recessed, surface mount only. MOUNTING FIXTURE TO THE WALL FIG. 1 Fixture should not be recessed, surface mount only. 1. Open Reflector Door by loosening (1) Reflector Door Screw see Fig. 1. 2. Reflector Door will hinge downward and remain attached during installation as shown in Fig 2. 3. Line up the Fixture to desired location. Use the Drill Template (Fig. 2) on the inside back surface of the Fixture to match most standard junction boxes or utilize Lag Bolt Locations (4) to mount fixture to surface. Lens 4. Make electrical connections as shown in wiring diagram (Fig .5). Use approved wiring connectors and wire to local NEC codes. Be careful not to pinch the wires. FIG. 2 5. Pivot the Reflector Door back into place and push until it snaps closed. Tighten Reflector Door Screw (1) to secure Reflector Door to Fixture. 6. Apply weatherproof silicone sealant around the edge of the fixture where it meets the wall. This is especially important with an uneven wall surface. Photocell factory setting is set to the "OFF" position. Should you wish to enable the Photocell "ON" feature slide the center switch to the "ON" position (Fig x). If the Photocell is set to the "ON" position and it is daylight it may take up to 60-seconds for the light to turn off. Color Temperature (CCT) Selection: This product is equipped with 5000K, 4000K or 3000K CCT Color Temperature selection. For maximum light output use the 4000K Color Temperature. Power (W) Selection: This product is equipped with power output selection. C-WALLS 32/25/17W C-WALLM 75/60/40W C-WALLL 125/100/65W Follow instructions below to change Photocell operation, Color Temperature (CCT) and/or Power (W) from factory settings. Factory Settings: C-WALLS 25W / 4000K / Photocell/Off C-WALLM 60W / 4000K / Photocell/Off C-WALLL 100W /4000K / Photocell/Off 1. Locate the Selector Switch Plug on side of housing as shown in Fig. 3 and remove plug. 2. Select Photocell on/off function, Color Temperature (CCT) and/or Power (W) by sliding the respective switch to the desired value (Fig. 4). Re-install Selector Switch Plug. FIG. 4 PWR 32 On 25 17 Off CCT 5K 4K 3K Power (W) Color Temperature Photocell On/Off (CCT) ON-OFF WIRING Universal voltage driver permits operation at 120V through 277V, 50 or 60 Hz. For 0-10V dimming, follow the wiring directions as shown in Fig. 5. 1. Connect the black fixture lead to the LINE supply lead. 2. Connect the white fixture lead to the COMMON supply lead. 3. Connect the GROUND wire from fixture to supply ground. 4. Connect the purple fixture lead to the (V+) DIM lead. 5. Connect the pink fixture lead to the (V-) DIM lead. 6. Cap the yellow fixture lead, if present. Refer to wiring directions. 2. Be sure the fixture is grounded properly. 3. Is the photocell, if used, functioning properly? CLEANING & MAINTENANCE CAUTION: Be sure fixture temperature is cool enough to touch. Do not clean or maintain while fixture is energized. 1. Clean Lens and Fixture with non-abrasive cleaning solution. 2. Do not open the fixture to clean the LED. Do not touch the LED.
