Anet 3D PRINTER
Use Instruction
- The printer is of DIY collection. Some parts need to be assembled by customers. Customers are advised to fix every connection with Hot Glue / Silica Gel.
- Do not use the machine in any way not described in the instructions. Improper use may cause serious injuries and property damage.
- Keep the printer away from heat sources, fire, flammable and explosive materials. Place the printer in a ventilated, cool and dust-free environment.
- Do not place the printer on unstable surfaces, as machine vibration can affect printing quality.
- Use only the original power cord supplied with the printer. Do not replace the power cord during installation. The working power supply is 110V/220V AC. Plug the power cord into a three-hole socket with a ground wire to avoid component damage, accidents, fire, or electric shock.
- Do not touch the nozzle, extruder, or heating bed while operating the printer to prevent burns and personal injuries.
- Avoid wearing gloves or bracelets when operating the machine to prevent entanglement and cutting damage on human body parts.
- After printing, clean up material residues with tools while the nozzle is still warm. Do not touch the nozzle by hand during cleaning to prevent burns.
- Regular maintenance is crucial for keeping the printer in good condition and achieving high-quality prints. Before any repair, turn off the printer and let it cool down. Wipe away dust and material residues with a dry cloth. Lubricate sliding parts, screw rods, and bearing parts with grease.
- The printer is not intended for use by children under 14 or people over 60. Use under assistance and guidance to avoid personal injury.
- Self-disassembly or modification may cause damage or abnormal performance, and the machine will no longer be covered by warranty service.
- Turn off the power supply after use.
- The recommended filament for this printer is 1.75mm PLA. Anet official filament is recommended.

- Step 1: Assemble the main frame components. Secure connections as indicated.
- Step 2: Install the filament feeding system. Ensure proper tensioning.
- Step 3: Connect the electronic components, including the motherboard, motors (E-M, S-X, X-M), sensors (MAT, END, LV), and fans (TMP, FAN).
- Step 4: Attach the X-axis assembly and connect the necessary cables.
