Troubleshooting
Camera Cannot Be Turned On
- Insufficient battery power: Charge or replace the battery.
- Battery installed incorrectly: Ensure correct orientation.
- Insulating paper not removed: Remove the paper.
Battery Not Charging
- Charging indicator flashes: Battery not seated properly or poor contact. Re-install.
- Charging indicator off: Charger not plugged in properly. Check connection.
- Low ambient temperature (<10°C): May cause slow or failed charging.
Remote Control Not Working
- Insulating paper not removed: Pull out the paper. If still not working, re-insert the remote's battery.
- Note: Remote can only turn the camera off, not on.
Camera Crashes
Rapid button presses can cause freezing. Unplug the battery and reboot. Avoid rapid presses during recording/photos.
Memory Card Not Recognized
- Card not compatible (Micro SD, Class 10, max 256GB): Check specifications.
- Card inserted backwards: Ensure correct insertion.
- Format the card first, especially for new use.
Additional Notes
- Do not insert objects other than memory cards into slots.
- Unstable image for a few seconds after power-on is normal.
- Color dispersion at image edges is due to lens optics and not a fault.
- Memory card and camera screen may get warm after prolonged use, which is normal.
